"First to all BEWARE I place order Feb5,2009 and still no product on FEB 18,2009 yea... then this guy or so called company give me a patial refund but this is the good part , the product he claims is shipped already but, cant give me a tracking number. but he knows its been shipped and it has a tracer on it. Well im glad i have a good bank. and paid by paypal. DONT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ready for a scam.!!!!!!"

"It's quite simple. This so-called company is a total FRAUD & SCAM. They claim to sell items like anyone else on the internet. Take payments by all the normal methods but the only difference is once they collect your money they NEVER ship you anything.

They conveniently have no phone number listed or available anywhere. You can search all you want but all you'll ever find is an address listed for them. I'm willing to bet it's a vacant office space is all. Not exactly sure why they do list a fax number though.

I should go ahead now & stop saying they because I believe it to be one person only. All the replies I got from the "Contact Us" had to be from the same jerk. The 1st 3 replies all said the same thing almost exactly when I messaged asking for the tracking number of my order since the only "Order Status" that ever shows on their website is "Payment Received". This was the 1st reply I got "We have requested the shipping info from the manufacturers distributor and we will let you know what we hear back from them. Please give us a couple business days to respond as we have to wait to hear back from them and we see a thousand emails a day." I told them in my 2nd message that with as long as my order is taking I can see why they get 1000 emails a day. At this point it was getting to be about a week since I had placed the order. I live in Texas so no matter where anything ships from it doesn't take long to get here. So I reply to the email a couple of days later & it goes ignored. I send another message online & he replies "We have (once again) requested the shipping info from the manufacturers distributor and we will let you know what we hear back from them. Please give us a couple business days to respond as we have to wait to hear back from them and we see a thousand emails a day.". Sound familiar. I reply back again asking again for the additional information I had been. I asked for a phone number to talk to a manager & said that I would at least expect a refund back for the shipping charges.

I had ordered the HONEYWELL HY-048BP Digital Tower Fan with Ionizer from them so I just decided instead to get it quicker & for about the same price & ordered it from a REAL company instead "iAllergy". It's only going to take 2-4 days to get here.

Before doing that I went ahead & opened a dispute with PayPal, if I had used my bank card I could have just had the bank do a charge back to him for non-delivery. Then I get a couple of emails from him saying other things finally. This is the 1st one:
"We didn't provide a phone number because we aren't going to."

"We aren't going to give you any discount because we aren't going to."

"What we will do is let you know what we hear back from the manufacturers
distributor as soon as we do."

The 2nd email:
"Hello...

"I will assure we read all messages and we respond with what we have to say."

"What we can guarantee you is if you are sending multiple messages you be at
the bottom of the reply list of the few thousand emails we see a day."

Thank you, (for not responding again until we do)"

Nice & rude, how can take any longer to reply then he has been...lol
Now you see what I mean about it sounding like the same person though I hope. Sorry for long message I just wanted everyone to have all the details & facts to keep anyone else from having to deal with them in the future.

An hour after this last email he just made one comment saying the same thing about checking with the mfg warehouse, on the PayPal dispute, then closed it & refunded my money. After that he just canceled the order. So I guess he knew the whole time that it never had shipped to me & this was now 10 days after placing & paying for the order... BEWARE , Robert

"They do have the best prices on the web for almost everything on their site. I placed an order for many security items. A few items arrived within a week. The rest of the stuff arrived in 5 weeks. What is most annoying is that one cannot get an answer out of them regarding order status. If you EMail them for order status, the language in their usual email reply is particularly offensive: they ask that you not email them back until you hear from them or it will cause a delay in their response. They must think that their customers are really stupid in order to believe that that reasoning is factual.

"The Order took more than a month to arrive. Once it arrived, It was obviously repacked. The product had been used. emails were unanswered. Finally, I was able to find a phone number from its "whois" domain registration record. That turned out to be an answering machine. The IP points to a Canadian location. The Minnesota Secretary of State has no such a name in their corporate entity database. After that, I realize my only option is to stop the payment on my credit card.
Update: when I checked again today, they have changed their server and IP address. Now It is pointing to a Florida domain provider.

"I write this review to let potential buyer avoid this store like the plaque. I placed an order before I came across the reviews by other customers although I was skeptical all along. I did a little checking. This site is not based in Minnesota. It is from Brooklyn, New York. People in Minnesota don't talk like that. That also explains why there is no phone number listed on the site. From the previous reviews, I can also see they sell previously damaged or used goods. That also explains why the price is way below other sellers. I immediately tried to cancel my order. It was still too late. My credit card has already been charged. Now I have to file a dispute with my CC company. Stay away!! Don't let the greed get the better of you. If a price is too good to be true, it is not true.

"Unit (Weber S-670 grill) arrived damaged. Damage was not evident until fully unpacking as it was on the bottom hidden by the plastic palette item shipped on.

I had already signed for item as there was no outward appearance of damage. Luckily I caught the delivery driver before he drove away to at least mark on the bill of lading evidence of damage.

I tried to work with seller for an equitable solution. Their only options were for me to get parts from Weber (no cost on parts) but I would have to make my own arrangements for installation of parts (at my cost as I am physically unable to do installation myself).

No refund on shipping (or monetary offer of any kind) to cover installation costs.

Only other options offered were to arrange an exchange (at my shipping cost and an estimated time frame of 3 to 4 weeks) or a return (at my cost shipping and 25% restocking fee).

Yes, they had the lowest price on the item. But what good is that if it costs you more in the long run? You get what you pay for. I will never be paying them for anything again and recommend you do the same. Buy from a more reputable source or buyer beware!

"Since placing the order, I have not received a single reply to my three Emails requesting for the status. I am not sure whether this is a legitimate company or not. They do not have a phone number listed. The only way to contact them is via Email or Fax and they do not respond to neither. I have reported this to PayPal.

UPDATE: 01/18/08 Today I received the items I ordered and looks like they are in good shape. Although they never replied to my Emails, they shipped my items on time. Therefore I will update my ratings.
