"First class operation. I could easily find the exact type of CFL bulbs I wanted. It was easy to compare actual specifications, so I could get the highest lumens (most places just compare watts...which doesn't say much!) I wanted for the application. Two items selected, and they immediately told me one was backordered, but still gave me actual shipping date for order!

"Not a reasonable vendor, I will no longer be doing business with them. In the past, I had been satisfied on rather large orders. However, on my last order I did not check it close enough and 48 bulbs (out of 204) I ordered appeared to be correct in the picture, but were actually miniature of what I thought I was viewing when I ordered.

I called today to see about exchanging them, and received the company standard line that I could not, past 30 days, we show dimensions next to the pictures, etc., and then to add insult to a repeat customer, they offered to let me order the right bulbs with a 10% discount. I expressed my disappointment and was asked would I like to place the order, I said no, I will find another vendor, I was then told thank you and have a nice day.

I cannot believe in this economy a company is willing to lose customers in this fashion.

I will now make it my personal mission to discredit them at every chance I have, I guarantee this will cost them 10 fold what being reasonable would have cost.
