Racist and steals your money with sending wrong product

"My experience with this company and especially the owner was disgusting. A total scammer by saying yes I can send you the exact set of whatever, in my case center caps. First of all he sends me center caps that are wrong in size and that they are not OEM as he would point it out to be. He sent caps that are brushed plain with vinyl logo pasted it on it. I asked for the right ones and said I will return these. He called my all sorts of names on text, crybaby, disgusting indian, and many more. He sends my another set that is literally painted by hand. Stay clear of this company as his operation is to scam you from your money."

Shady Shipping Fees - BEWARE

"I ordered a 19 year old hubcap from eHubcap.com which was ordered in their selection as new stock. I received it and the item was definitely as described. Shipping took 11 days from the time I ordered it which was also reasonable I believed. What was wrong and has compelled me to write this review is about their unwarranted shipping charges that were added to my original purchase. At the time of placing my online order, the shipping charges that were charged were for "regular shipping" in the amount of $19.95. I had read their terms and to me, it was very clear that the shipping charges would only be for the amount of $19.95. Eleven (11) days later I receive an email from Jose Plunkett that an additional $14.95 had been added to my original order's shipping charges. So now that's $34.90 total for shipping which I hadn't authorized for the later amount. In his transaction detail he sent to me it states: "Notes: ehubcap.com order ##### shipping fees adjusted according to USPS priority mail rates". I emailed him back to dispute the additional $14.95 in shipping charges but as of this review on 08/23/22 he has not replied back. No where do I see where the terms of his shipping amounts would be adjusted more than what was paid on the initially placed order of $19.95. **(my profession for 22 years was to read and write contracts) If it wouldn't be for this unwarranted additional shipping charge of $14.95, I would recommend ehubcap.com. Until they were to refund me the additional charged $14.95, I will tell you to beware of this practice on what I have described in this review on what has transpired in my order. "

Good used parts

"Had trouble finding the center caps for my 2002 Chevy silverado from the local used parts stores and from the internet web sites as well. Did not see this site first but one day it was on my search list looked at the inventory and it shows the caps in stock. Called to verify the items were there,took a couple of tries but got a voice, ordered them. It does take 7 days to ship but this is what is stated on the site. Got them 4 days later. Quality was better than expected for 13 to 20 year old caps. Over all a good experience "

OE Hubcaps

"I ordered a specific cap for a restoration on a 1985 S-10. These are out of production and rare but eHupcaps made good on the order and found a perfect set that matches the originals exactly. They went above and beyond and I appreciate it."

Be very careful and read the fine print as to the return policy

"I ordered 4 2004 Lincoln Center Capsin December 2017 and tried to contact the company to get a delivery date a couple days later with no response. Called for a week with no response to the number provided on the website and got no response. When I filed for a refund from my credit card, I get a call from the owner, Plunkett telling me he has sent the caps, but the delay was due to the Christmas holidays. Would have been nice to hear that earlier as I purchased the same caps for have the price locally. The owner has poor customer service skills. The dispute was won in his favor due to me not reading his return policy properly. Shame on me for that. So if you order from this company, but sure to shop around first and then if you order PLEASE read his fine print return policy"

"I ordered a center cap for a 2000 Lincoln continental and am very pleased. It arrived when expected and I was able to track it all the way to delivery. The condition was exactly as ther listing said it was. Don't be afraid to order from thisa company."

"I bought a used/recond. cap, the site clearly establishes that items are to be shipped within 7-10 business days, I called at certain point and the guy wasn't friendly or nice but he told me my item should be delivered on time.

Well, they did; I received an email providing USPS tracking number on 7-2 and the package was at my door on 7-5. So if I have to be honest this guys were professional tough we could wish for a warmer, or at least, a more professional response when we call.

I'm happy with my purchase but certainly the quality of service in America is something we are just losing more and more...

"Purchased parts listed available on ehubcap.com on May 10, 2007. Waited two weeks for the parts. When they did not arrive I began trying to contact someone at ehubcap.com. I received one response email stating that the part was not available and I could buy a more expensive part. My response was that I expected the parts I ordered in a timely manner or a refund. Ehubcaps.com has yet to acknowledge my email or send any type of communication as of June 6, 2007. I have called and continually emailed to no avail. If you are looking for a seller to be responsible and expedient, ehubcap.com is not the one. "
