"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 netbooks for my daughters on Dec 1st. I realized on the 13th that I had yet to receive anything. After going online and checking on the status of my order it stated they had not shipped, even though I had paid extra for priority shipping! After countless phone calls and voicemails, waiting on chat for hours, and sending an email (they did send a reply email that told me not to send more than one email or it may delay their response!) I finally gave up and called my cc company. I disputed this charge and they gave me a refund. These people are crooks. Do NOT buy from them! Oh, and I have called several of the numbers people left on previous reviews and not one answer. The one for "jay" said he did not have a voicemail set up...go figure! "

"I ORDERED THREE NETBOOKS ON DEC 6 AND PAID FOR THEIR "PRIORITY PROCESSING" AND SPECIAL SHIPPING, BUT I HAVE SPENT THE LAST WEEK TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE AT EGBLOBAL WIRELESS. I FINALLY REC'D AN EMAIL BACK STATING ONE OF THE COLORS I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK. I WAS ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE TO REPLACE IT WITH THE WHITE ONE AND HAVE THE ORDER RUSHED, I AGREED. SINCE THEN I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE. FINALLY I LOOKED AT THIS REVIEW SITE, AND GOT THE PHONE NUMBER FOR THE CEO OF EGBLOBAL WIRELESS. I CALLED HIM AND SURE ENOUGH, NOW MY ITEMS HAVE SHIPPED. I SUGGEST CALLING THE CEO (JAY) AS A FEW OTHERS BEFORE ME HAVE. HE ANSWERED, AND TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. NOW I JUST WONDER IF THEY WILL BE HERE ON TIME, AND WILL THEY WORK. I HAVE MY FINGERS CROSSED. "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are frauds. I ordered a netbook, paid expedite fee, etc. nothing was sent. Their customer service is a joke, they will not answer, telling you they are too busy. Their online chat never responds. I filed a claim with paypal and within 30 minutes, had an email stating they had shipped the item. Of course, it hasn't come yet and I have no doubt that when it arrives, it won't work. I'm out $120 for nothing--no present for my kid for Christmas.

Sounds like we all need to file a class-action suit.

"UPDATE: I FINALLY WAS ABLY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH JAY ON HIS PERSONAL CELL ON 18 DAYS AFTER I PLAED MY ORDER. HE SOUNDED VEREY SINCERE AND PROMISED HE WOULD SHIP MY ORDER OUT ON 12/18/10. THE NEXT DAY 12/16/10 I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER AND IT SAID"SHIP"THRU USPS. I RECEIVED BOTH NETBOOKS TODAY. DIFFERENT COLORS BUT THEY WERE BRAND NEW AND BOTH OFN THEM WORK FINED. I WAS JUST HAPPY THAT I RECEIVED THEM RIGHT BEFORE X-MAS. I GUESS I WAS ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES. KEEP CALLING THEM UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR REFUND. DO NOT GIVE UP. THIS IS A LESSON LEARNED FOR ME I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM AN UNKNOWN SITE AGAIN!"

"I bought a netbook on 11-27-10. Still no netbook. I have called every hour on the hour since Monday. Most of the time I get that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to call back. A few times I have been forwarded to a voice mail. I have left numerous messages and no reply. No reply to emails or live chat. I called Paypal and filed a dispute and was pleased with their response. After that, I read some more reviews and found a cell phone number for the CEO of EGlobal Wireless. I didn't figure he would answer but tried it anyway. Surprise! He answered, and guess what? He claimed my netbook had been shipped today. I bet it had. I gave him an earfull and he had an answer for everything. As soon as I hung up with him, I checked the order status on their website, and there it was, a tracking number and a shipping date of tomorrow. THESE ARE LYING, STEALING CROOKS. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! HIS NAME IS JAY AND HIS CELL IS ***-***-****. GIVE HIM A CALL !"

"I ordered two netbooks for my children on Cyber Monday. I spent the extra $30 on each for pink and green so the netbooks would reflect the personality of my daughters. The netbooks were supposed to be our big Christmas gift for our daughters, however, it appears that will not happen.

I have tried unsuccessfully to call, email, live chat this company and have received no response. I have called the minute they open at 9:00 am EST and still received the message that all reps are busy helping other customers.

My netbooks have yet to ship although I paid for priority handling and 3-5 day shipping. I spoke with my bank today and will be filling out a dispute form against eglobal tomorrow. I am hopeful that my bank will return the money so I am able to purchase another gift for my children.

The sad thing is the money and service seems to mean nothing ot this company but each post I have read tells a story similar to mine. Thanks to Eglobal Santa may not come to many homes this year.

"i ordered the mini 7 netbook and same as everyone else except for the 2 myster shoppers with identical experiences in the comments. I paid for priority processing and shipment and have received nothing. I have been trying for 2 days to get someone on phone. Today I was on for live chat for 3 hours and no one ever got on. What a joke. I am calling bank to ask for refund."

"CALL ***-***-****. Someone will answer if you just keep calling over and over. The person who I spoke with told me that eGlobal has a less than 1% disapproval rating... WHAT A JOKE! However, miraculously my package shipped and had a tracking number when I talked to him. Of course the USPS has no record of this tracking number. "

"So, I order this computer for my daughter for Christmas. Had no problem receiving the item. Problem was it did not work when I got it. I plugged it in, hit the on switch, lit up for maybe a second and then nothing. I sent it back and the total cost was $137.00 with the $8.00 maintenance fee. It cost me $10.00 to send back the unusable computer so that puts MY price up to $147.00. When they refunded my money I received $97.00 back. No only did I have to pay to ship the computer back but I also had to pay a 25% restocking fee for something that did not even work. I think this company is nothing but a con. "

"i have the same thing happening to me i waited for over 2hrs for live chat and she gave me a shiping number and told me my package should be here soon that it was sent out i told her no that i want to talk to a live person and a live person better call me right now and she did i told her i was going to call the news stations in my town if i dont have the labtop by friday she said you will have it before friday then i told her that i was going to call the news stations if it does not work i have called them for 4 days strat nobody is that busy. so wait for a live chat and tell them you want to talk to a live person give them your number tell them you will call the news stations i think if we all stand up to eglobal we can get something done here is the number she called me from maybe it will help you all out ***-***-**** and trust me if i dont get the comp or if i get it and it does not work i am calling every news stations around "

"I too fell into the trap. I purchased a pink 7" netbook for $129 for my daughter and added warrenty and 3-5 day shipping. After a week I did not recieved my product, I tried to contact customer service. I finally reached someone through live chat. I told her to cancel my order. She explained to me about the 25% cancelation fee, This was on 12/9/10 she then said she would send a comformation email for the cancelation which I NEVER recieved. Then today 12/13/10 I recieved an email saying that the color netbook I ordered was out of stock and that they can send out a diff color for FREE. So she LIED and never canceled my order. I contacted my bank and received a FULL refund. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! if you are looking for netbooks at a reasonable price try www.microcenter.com they sell 10' netbooks for $199 (they are refurbished) but they work PERFECT. They also have stores avail in various cites if you are not comfortable ordering online. I was VERY satisfied with the netbook I purchsed from www.microcenter.com "

"HORRIBLE. Same as all the others. Paid for this on the 4th as a Christmas Gift, still not shipped. No one answers the phone, no one returns emails and live chat is a joke. File complaints with Paypal and IC3...Refund our money! Potential buyers...DO NOT SHOP HERE...they take your money and do not ship the products.

ITs funny how the same day I file reports with Paypal, Internet fraud and the BBB, my order gets shipped out..Still in transit supposedly! Dont let the people give you the run around. File a complaint and they get on your order. Its a shame you have to go through all that crap to get what you pay for! I will never again use this company. Oh and if you used Paypal, and file a complaint, dont close the complaint until your order is in your hands and in working condition. Also, how you like the way they MAKE you pay for priority processing of 2.90 but dont process your order unitl you report them?

I am not sure what everyone is talking about but I have had a totally different experience with eGlobal Wireless. I order the notebook on line via the eGlobal site, I received it via Priority mail in only 6 days after the order was confirmed and paid via PayPal. I was concerned after reading all the reviews on this site so I called the company and was given the tracking number. The net book arrived fine. I have not booted it up yet but as far as shipping and customer service goes I would give them an A and have no problems at all with that end of this deal. I hope others who have ordered from eGlobal will leave positive remarks as sometimes I believe that only the people that have had a bad experience are the ones who comment. One final thing, this is a very inexpensive notebook, if you are expecting to get a $500.00 item for under $100.00 then you are expecting way too much. Not only from eGlobal but any company!

THE second to last line: if you are expecting to get a $500.00 item for under $100.00 then you are expecting way too much...NOT NOT EXPECTING TO GET A 500.00 ITEM FOR 100, BUT EXPECTING TO GET THE ITEM I PAID FOR! UPDATE 12/31/10 HELPFUL INFORMATION I HOPE
Ive had the same issues as you all are having with eGlobal. Thank God I used Paypal to pay for my order and I have been fully refunded. They tried the less restocking fee but that is unacceptable. I bought insurance, they had to be be forced to ship (after paying for priority processing). The netbook arrived and smelled the burnt, wouldnt connect to internet, the whole 9 yards like others are having. I want to pass along some contact information to others to hopefully help. If you used Paypal, open a dispute!!!! If not, here is the mailing address to file claims for fraud. Do this quickly as with ths type of service they may close soon. They are sending (if youre one of the lucky ones to actually recieve something) broken items and then charging restocking fee (+return postage) to refund partial amounts. They are making a killing off people like this.

"I'm just reading all this comments and I'm just scared, I bought from this people 3 mini laptop on 11/30/10 and today is 12/10/10 and I'm still didn't received nothing this are my kids and mom gift for Santa and i don't think this is going to happen, i just send them and e-mail yesterday and no responses still, i call them today and I just got the answering machine I left them a MSG to see if they response I pay for Priority processing and for 3 to 5 days shipping in total 338.87, and it's pain full to me being a single mom spend that money and what i see i won't received anything for my kids,this is very ridiculous you work hard for nothing somebody had to do something with these people i'm going to keep calling and sending MSG until I get something from somebody, if someone that read my comment and can help me please let me know what else can i do, that writing a comment/ writing to BBB/ or calling this guy named JAY, please I am just waiting for some help.
