"I ordered a platform bed made by Atlantic Furniture which for the most part, was only average. The wood used for the side boards and the slats were below par in my book. I am missing the directions to assemble the bed and also the hardware for the foot board attachment. 2 of the decorative slats on the headboard are loose and the bottom piece of wood on the headboard has a horizontal crack in it. It is not an area that will be stressed and won't be seen but none-the-less..."

"My overall experience with eFurniture was EXCELLENT!! I found a coffee table and end table in a local furniture store that I really wanted and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the order. I was so diappointed because I was expecting company and wanted the furniture before they arrived. I somehow lost one of the plastic suction cups that sits on top of the frame and supports the glass top so I called and I received two replacement cups within a few days. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase from eFurniture! I will definitely start my shopping with them FIRST, next time I need something! I HIGHLY recommend eFurniture for convenience, price and customer service! "

We did have a problem with the initial delivery--our tabletop was damaged upon delivery (we refused delivery of the top only and kept the base and 8 chairs). It was easy to file a claim and the tabletop was reordered and re-shipped within 2 days. Second time was a charm!
