Very disappointed With the bouquet I received for Mother’s Day! I appreciate that the flowers will not look exactly the same as the photo when ordering however my bouquet of flowers were dying and the price I paid for them over £40 was not worth what I received. After trying to ask for help and ask the company to sort this out all I received was that they cannot help me on this occasion. DO NOT USE THEM better off buying flowers in a supermarket.

Disappointed sad angry customer

I am so disappointed with the flowers you have arranged to send to my mother on mothers day.
Not even delivered to the door, but left outside, when my mum was in.
I am so angry. How dare you be this stingy and provide such a poor example of the flowers portrayed.
I am over 200 miles away from my mother and I rely on florists on special occasions.

I had arranged this bouquet well in advance as we had a family funeral on the Friday, up in the Midlands, my mothers brother in law, who lived right across the road from her.

I had sent a beautiful boquet through another supplier on the day of the funeral to my aunt. What must my poor mother think of my delivery off you to her. She can only assume that I did not think as much of her.

How dare you be that poor in your supplies on such a special day of the year to my 75 year old mother. Shame on you.

I would like to think you would rectify this as soon as possible.

Disappointed

"I've ordered flowers 2 days before just to make sure they arrive on time for my mum's birthday.
I received empty email of trucking number.
I've contacted them to ask why I've received empty emails just to get another empty one!!!
There even no telephone number to call.
Is late afternoon and never heard from my mum and I'm sure if she got them she would straight away call me!
I also never heard from the poor service they provided.
So I don't know where the flowers are.
Never ever again!!!!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

"HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE LIARS! I bought a bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday for around £50 (plus delivery), unfortunately the flowers she received were not a true reflection of what was being marketed on their website and definitely didn’t contain the quantity of each specific flower as promised. I was humiliated and disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of what was delivered. I immediately emailed their customer service, which was around the end of November 2022, and I can sadly confirm that as of today (February 2023) they have failed to issue any refund and continue to maintain that there is “nothing wrong” with what was delivered as the bouquet meets the colour scheme requirements. I’m BAFFLED with how shameless this company truly is. Anyone that compares pictures of the flowers that are promoted on their website and the flowers that were delivered can see the difference and how much they actually ripped me off. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I don’t normally leave negative reviews but the way they have treated me as a customer and how they handled my complaint has left me truly shocked and upset. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued for false advertisement yet, from the reviews I’ve seen I’m one of MANY that has had the same exact experience with them. We can’t all be wrong!! You’d think they would take responsibility and show some respect to the people they’re making money off of!"

Awful flowers and terrible service

"Poor quality flowers, very small bouquet sized as medium for £49.99 plus £5.99 service charge. This was a funeral tribute for my auntie and they spelt our names wrong. Customer service is shocking. Would avoid!!"

They don't deliver the next day

"My girlfriend was sick and I ordered flowers from efloristflower. I begged for it to be delivered that same day, they said it's always the next day. Now is more than 2days and my girlfriend is well. Such a disappointment of a company. "

Do not use this company

"Ordered a bouquet for my sisters 50th which they delivered on the wrong date. Refused to give me a refund and wanted to redeliver a bouquet on the correct date so I agreed and chose a different bouquet which I originally paid £55 for. They delivered a really poor version of the original bouquet which was much smaller contained one rose and had no water and is absolutely nothing like the bouquet I requested! They are now refusing to give me a refund so I am reporting them to trading standards. "

Scam florist infamous for selling poor quality flowers not representative of the price or selection.

"I ordered a £40 bunch fit for royalty for a delivery to a special person. What arrived was rotten, mis-sold and representative of much cheaper bunches on the same site. A request for a refund was flatly refused. This company embarrassed me and quite frankly I cried on what was supposed to be a special occasion. Please don't make the same mistake as the £15 bunch from Morrison actually made the bunch from eFlorist look cheap and tired with wilting petals and the minimum of flowers..."

Won't buy again.

"I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday they came the right day but the bunch of flowers had 6 flowers in it i could have went to tesco and paid £5 although the flowers were nice there wasn't enough nothing like the picture i had to go to tesco and buy another bunch costing £12 to add to them. Wife pleased now. Would'nt recomend using eflorist. "

30 quid for privet hedge cuttings!

"Stay away. The bouquet was made up primarily of what looked like clippings from a privet hedge with leaves that seemed to have cut from the top of picked Leek vegetables. The flowers were so scarce they could hardly be seen. The flowers that were there were dry, half dead and wilted.
The automated response from customer care was for me to pick the outer petals off the flowers to make them look better.
Scam artists as far as I am concerned!

"I ordered and realised when i auto filled in my bank detail it put a different address in . So i contact eflorist with my ref number explaining my dilemma. I was told sorry nothing we can do label has been printed . So i asked too cancel my order was told the same in email . Absolutely discusting £31 is alot of money too loose at my age "

Disgusting flowers

"I ordered the ‘Spring daze’ large bouquet, absolutely disgusting! There is a bunch of flowers that they charged me £30 for! Flowers that would probably look better if bought from tescos for £10

I emailed and complained and apparently Eflorist believe it’s acceptable to charge £30 for this. There isn’t a way to post pictures but put it this way I gave these flowers to my mum and she laughed.

Thanks Eflorist for ruining Mother’s Day and overcharging for a £10 tescos bouquet. And their response to my complaint was as follows

(Also please note the buds they speak of are dead and will not bloom as they’re dead)
