"You need to hire at least 4 more phone reps like Ruth. She did a fantastic job. She was personable, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable about the product. If possible give her a large bonus/raise/promotion--yet keep her on the phones to wow customers.

"Neither my husband nor I are plumbers. We purchased a pedestal sink and faucet from eFaucets when local home supply stores could not meet our needs. We were pleased with the selection and the pricing.
We ordered a pedestal sink and faucet. When our plumber arrived to install it, he said "Where are the valves?". Good question. We thought valves came with the faucet. Our plumber reconnected the water, packed up and left. We will be billed for an extra service call when we have ALL the parts needed for the job.
When I called eFaucet customer service, the very nice service tech explained that no, the valves are sold separately. She transferred me to sales and I was able to order the needed part.
So we were uneducated buyers. We just would have appreciated a phone call or email making sure that we understood that our sink and faucet order was missing an essential part. I'm sure many other customers are not plumbing pros and would appreciate some professional guidance."
