"Order placed Nov 18th received on Nov 30th (Windows XP Home Edition). When Customer Support contacted (only available by email or sporadic 'live chat'), they did not take my order number, but assured me product was 'delayed in the mail'. When I replied, how can you tell me it's in the mail when you didn't ask my name or order number, the live chat replied, why am I being so uncooperative. When asked for tracking number, was told 'server is down'. When finally received today, postmarked indicates it was mailed on the 28th, the day after I called to complain. If customer support had simply told me it was back ordered, I would have been unhappy, but satisfied. By lying to me, I would never do business with this company again"

"Ordered Office 2003 SBE OEM, received Office 2003 PRO Open License, Ordered Dell Windows XP Pro, received Dell CD with IBM COA. Company is in US and products shipped from US, yet I was charged an exchange fee because payment was to a company in Canada. The two items were in 2 shipments. No mention of that. Had to e-mail several times when items would be sent. Save yourself a headache and buy from another merchant."

"I ordered directly from edirectsoftware.com and wish I hadn't. Everything in their marketing implies that I would recieve the FULL version of Adobe Illustrator CS2 for $230 less. If its too good to be true then it is. I recieved the eduction version that retails at $170 less than I paid. This company is in the business of ripping you off. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM...EVER. THEY HAVE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE RUDE AND ARROGANT."

"I will never place a purchase from this store again. I checked on my order today 8 days after placing the order and found out today they never shipped the product. According to Cody, the item was missed. No apologies nothing... After several requests on my part to find out what date they shipped the product, the response I finally got back was; we'll refund you. No explanation, no apologies... nothing of the sort. Very unprofessional. Will never order from them again."
