"One of the worst experiences I have ever had! Online estimate is nowhere close to what they actually offer. I received every email from this company until after they received my phone. The notice that the phone was received and the payment offer were not sent via email, but posted in their online account system. When I tried to access their system, my password didn’t work. Submitted the password reset request 5 times. I called their customer service number after several days of failing to get the password reset and was finally able to access their system. By this time, their five day window to accept the ridiculous offer had expired (How Convenient!). The original quote for my Samsung Note 4 (no damage/great condition/not even a scratch ) was $405. They offered me $24. They said that the stylus was not included with the phone, which I know it was. They also said that they took off money for not including the charger and cable, which I did not include. Even if the stylus was missing, the total replacement cost for these items is approx. $47 retail. The Purchasing Rep stated that she agreed that the offer was not accurate and had to check with what their competition was offering for this device. She came back after a few minutes and offered me $90 total. I looked up several other sites and they all averaged about $250. I then asked for them to return my device and she said that it was too late. After the five days have passed, they are unable (unwilling) to return the device. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They rip you off."

"I was an absolute idiot for not looking up this site before sending in my phone.
I've kept a screen protector and case on my phone since the day I bought it, and it was in absolutely flawless working condition when I sent it in (in its original packaging I saved for years too). I was quoted $50-55 from sites like Usell and Gazelle, but $69 from this site, and I fell for it.
I sent in my phone, and was a little suspicious, as I didn't remember giving them payment information. I finally got my confirmation of what they were going to pay me in my spam folder, $5! Five Dollars! From a $69 offer. Usell says it will pay $11.80 for a completely broken iphone, which is more than twice what they want to pay me for my near perfect phone.
I'm attempting to get my phone returned, but after looking at other reviews, I am not hopeful.

"Worst online experience ever with Ecycle. I was quoted online $404 for my 6 month old iPad air 2 which is the newest one out. I sent mine . June 8,2015 received confirmation they were inspecting it and to wait for an email with an offer. I sent an email June 18 for a status update and never got a reply. June 22 I received an email from them to my pay pal account for $28. When I called the woman told me in order to get my product back I would have had to have been called also to reject the offer. She stated that's in the terms and that if I didn't receive he email that I could have went to their website to log on . I was never given a log in password and never received the offer email. She stated the only thing they can do is change my price to $80 nothing else and that she was the supervisor. "

UPDATE 5/15/15: Called purchasing dept. On hold about five minutes. Pleasant enough. I asked for my phone to be returned (HTC One M7 w/charger and battery case in very good condition...not mint). They said they'd rather work something out with me and admitted their initial quote of $19 was ridiculous (their words) and upped the offer to $60 without me asking which I accepted. Verizon was offering about $50 to recycle. You have 5 DAYS from the time you receive the initial quote to do this. You MUST call. They do not accept your response to their quote via email. In my opinion, the lowball initial quote is deliberate to see if they can get away with it. Still mulling a complaint with the NV AG. It was explained to me that the website quote is basically for a brand new phone still in its original wrapping. Ultimately, I believe I got a decent price for the phone but I resent having to call to get it. The fact that I didn't have to fight to get the offer tripled tells me they do this all the time. Again, you must do this within 5 DAYS of the original quote. Now the wait to see if I get the check and for how much.

"This site is a total SCAM stay away at all cost. They give you a decent price for your phones when you fill out the information on the website. Than they say that they email you after they look at the devices. The only place to see the email is on their web site I have checked my inbox for month now and there was noting. When you finally get the money it is more than 75% less than the price that they gave you at the start. If you want cash for your phones you should use Gazelle or go to the carrier for a trade in. The T&C on this site also make it impossible to get your phones back or to take legal action STAY AWAY from this place. "

"I sold my phone to Ecycle best months ago and after receiving text alerts and emails about turning off "find my Iphone" I did, and then when I tried to contact them I would stay on hold for hours at time until I had to hang up to go to work. I never received any money, or the return of my phone, but I did however receive this email saying that they sold my phone to someone who now has all of my banking, facebook, and email. I tried to call today, and miraculously someone answered only to tell me that I am at a loss and that they cannot help me at this point. I am out a phone that was estimated at over $100 but somehow never got it. They claim to have no boss or supervisor which is probably how my information was released from this terrible, deceitful, nasty company. "

If you would like to deal with a nightmare, rude people that hang up on you and total bogus original quotes then send your Devices to this company. I don't know how there hasn't been a class-action lawsuit against this company . The most deceptive business practices I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They quoted me $253 for each iPhone 5s that I sent them, and then got a return email that my device was worth $17 for one and $37 for the other. My devices were in mint condition with absolutely nothing wrong with them. Talk to their current customer care people in purchasing and the woman explained to me that my digitizer need to be replaced and the " back button" was broken . I asked her if the phones were in such bad shape why did they want them so bad and would not return them. I beg you not to use this company for I have already been tortured and sacrificed. "
