"I ordered a Samsung QN75Q7FAMF - 75" QLED Smart TV - 4K UltraHD. I got the best price in the country and received as promised. I ordered the same TV from two other companies, Joe's TV and TV Superstore. They were not credible or honest, so I cancelled the order. I then called eBuyUSA, no bate and switch games, they were straight forward and honest. I was so impressed that I am going to order a second tv, a Samsung 65" in two weeks. This TV is awesome!!"

"The price on my 55" LG curved OLED TV was right and well below local stores, the sales people were knowledgeable and helped me pick the right one, shipment was prompt and the shipping charges were discounted as well. "Do not use this vendor. I placed an order to buy a 65" Sony 4K LED TV online in June 2017. It is now almost August, and still have not received my order. They advertise great prices to lure you in, then give you a discount on top of your price as you are checking out, and then never follow through with filling the order. It is mandatory that you fill out your review for your purchase during checkout prior to them doing anything. After you finalise the sale you can not make any changes to your review. Most people leave a positive review during checkout (myself included) because they are happy to have found a cheap price, and they think they are going to receive their order in a timely manor (6 to 12 Shipping Days) as stated during the checkout process. eBuyUSA does not stock their items they advertise online. When you call to complain you haven't received your order they tell it is on back order, and the order is to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. They did email me once about a month after I placed my order to ask if I ever received the order. This alarmed me as no legitimate business that has a clue would email the customer to see if they their delivery of an expensive TV took place. I then called customer service which no followup ever took place afterwards. After waiting for weeks on end and calling for status updates they tell you dates in the future that the order should ship by, and then never fill the order anyway, never call or communicate with the customer...etc. They just left me hanging with no TV, and my order never being filled thinking the whole time the order should be arriving soon. During this process they keep all of your personal and financial information. I have recently become a victim of someone stealing my identity. Not sure if this is related, but I am calling on Monday to cancel my order, and requesting eBuyUSA to delete all of my personal and financial information as I have no intention of returning or referring anyone to their site http://www.ebuyusa.com/. SCARED ME AWAY

"I ordered a 75 in. TV from eBuyUSA at a savings of nearly $1000 under a local big box store. But when I did not get an email confirmation after 24 hours, I called. The salesman tried first to upgrade from a Grade 1 to a Grade 2 (color processor?), whatever that is, for an additional $430. When I declined the switch, he warned me that the Grade 1 TV was frankly, not intended for home use and would still need an additional V-chip converter, available online, but not from them. That it was intended for commercial use only; to be plugged in, hooked to a cable and left running. I did not know what a V-chip converter was, nor did I order it separately. I became afraid that the TV would not work. I certainly did not want to order a TV that would not work in my house out of the box, so I cancelled the order and went to the box store. "

Bait and switch

"After buying the TV they had listed for 1200 they called to tell me that it was from a batch with bad picture quality and that I should upgrade to a model from a newer batch for 500. I said no and they proceeded to keep my order on hold for a month. When I called again they told me the model I wanted was out of stock and would not be in again for 3 months. I canceled my order. 2 weeks later my credit card started to get in authorized charges. Apparently this happens to a lot of people who try and shop with them. Not sure how they haven't all been arrested. "

Hi Definition at it's best !!

"I was shopping for excellent pricing and found Ebuy U.S.A.
I was going to save about $500 additional by buying s 2016
LG OLED model, But Joe talked be out of it .at first thought it was just s fast pitch but he told me straight up 2017 is a Major upgrade for the LG
Line up. While we were talking I confirmed it on my tablet better by
Over 20% and over 100% in others best buy wants $1-k more .
Delivery time I figured 4 days. FedEx calls next day at my door 2 states over. The TV- Fantastic, the latest LG OLED 65-7P .none better .
These guys are highly recomended.Thanks Joe for the fast service.
Being in the service Joe made it a point to take care of the Vets. To buyers remember spend extra on the hdmi cables
2m length for larger tv buy good cables for sure you can see the difference example . Best investment ,med price is Wire World Violet - HDMI cables

At first I thought these reviews were fake

"After a month of research about these guys I decided to get a TV there. I called first to make sure they have the TV in stock. I read all kind of bait and switch stories: TVs made in US/Mexico/China, old versions and new versions, ... So I called them and asked them what they have in stock and ready for delivery. The model I wanted was in stock (LG B7 65") and $1500 cheaper than BestBuy. He tried to upsell a few things, but I declined. I choose a white glove delivery and got my TV the same day (2 hours after ordering it because I live 30 minutes away from their warehouse). The TV was sealed, brand new. The delivery guy opened it, plugged it in, and made sure it worked. I checked for dead pixels and there were none. The salesman whom I talked on the phone is Al (Albert). The TV is amazing. All the barcodes on the back match. The TV info in WebOS match. This is not a fake TV. eBuyUSA are safe to buy from. Thank you Al."

These guys were outstanding kept me updated when the tv got to the warehouse so I could pick it up. They gave me a good price for the tv and helped me load it in my vehicle. Great Customer Service - the way it should be!

"Victor and eBuyUSA are awesome! I recently ordered a Weber grill from a competition of eBuyUSA (my 1st mistake). Long Story Short - 45 days after ordering the grill along several calls to the vendor and talking to the supposed delivery "guy" - I cancelled my order and called eBuyUSA.

Victor was the guy I spoke to - he quickly took my order and got the process rolling. The communication between Victor - the Delivery Company and myself was great! The grill was delivered to my house in less than 2 week (exactly what Victor promised).

Don't make the same mistake I did - Please call eBuyUSA and NOT EastCoast TV!!!

Horrible Company - Stay Away

"This company lies about the products they are selling and make racist claims against certain ethnic groups to justify asking for more money. Classic bait-and-switch operation. They claimed LG makes two panels for their TVs (false) and that certain ethnic groups in Korea and Mexico are unable to make the "good" panel made in Japan or USA. So the price I paid was not honored and they refused to ship the TV (even when I said I would accept the lower quality panel). In addition, they are currently listing items (like a 2017 version of an LG TV) that doesn't exist (according to LG) in order to justify charging more for the "good" panel. Finally, once I refused to pay more and asked for the TV to be shipped, within an hour unauthorized transactions appeared on my credit card across the country."
