"Add another disappointed customer to the list. Placed an order on 8/15. All items had the "ships within 24hrs" guarantee. 36 hours later no update. Emailed them 3 times and got no replies. Called and no one picked up. Emailed them again to cancel order, and still no reply. Called my bank to put a stop on the payment and reported them as fraud. Will be reporting to BBB in a minute."

"Emailed them several times to get info on stock of an item, displayed as "ships whitin 24hrs". No reply.
Called them. No reply.
Ordered the item, and asked via email about status of my order after 4 days of "processing". No answer.
Called them, no answer, the usual automatic message.
Total scam. Called my credit card company for investigation of fraud.
Awful. Stay well clear of www.ebladestore.com scam fake site Fraud

"I had possibly the most terrible experience with eBladeStore.com and I'll NEVER use them again. Seriously, BUYER BEWARE!! I have been shorted 34.43, plus the 13.50 in shipping my return back, which had a feeling I would never see.

Essentially I ordered my boyfriend two blades for his birthday, the Blackhawk Tatang Partially Serrated for $84.97 and the Blackhawk Garra II Hawkbill Partially Serrated for $77.97. I thought at first they were cool gifts, but felt I spent too much and that they would sit in his drawer never to be moved.

Anyhow, when I got them, I carefully opened them just to have a look. I did not damage any of the packaging and put the knives back in their boxes exactly as they were, as I was still having second thoughts at the time.

So then I decided to return them, and had called the company a few times about where to return it and how to go about doing it. They said to use a trackable method, so I used UPS. It ended up costing me 13.50 in shipping funds which they refused to refund me for any reason. I put up with that, expecting to at least get the rest of my money back. However, that was not the case.

Then I wait at least two and a half weeks before I see any type of refund. (The fact alone it takes so long for a refund is insane.) And I should have received a full refund of 172.93, what I paid. But they only credit me 138.50. I've been shorted 34.43.

So then I call the company and again get the same guy. It must be this guy Jason reviewer markcthomas1986 was talking about. I really think this might be a one-man operation.

When I asked him why I was shorted, he tells me they charged me a 15% restocking fee because I opened the box. I told him all I did was cut two pieces of scotch tape to look at the blades. I didn't do anything else and was really careful putting them back. Not to mention, I don't get the extra 9.99 I spent on shipping. I mean, for the amount I was spending, most other companies would have given me free shipping. But the fact that he took another 20 dollars off for opening a box that I was very careful with not to damage, was absurd.

I was extremely upset and then cursed once or twice because I'm essentially shorted 47.43 if you include the cost to ship it back. That's a lot of money and I have seriously been screwed over. Then the idiot hangs up on me. I don't care what a customer says to you, but you NEVER hang up on a customer, especially when they're having an issue. I didn't even say anything mean to the guy directly. I more just cursed about how it was 'bleep-ing' ridiculous they won't refund me my money.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to get my money back, it would be much appreciated. I really would love to put this company out of business! I don't even know what to do anymore. :-(

"This store has a terrible inventory control system. I ordered two different parts by two different suppliers only to get an email back a week later that there was a discrepancy in their inventory count and what their records showed. They cancelled my order.
SO BEWARE!! If you really need your product you might consider going to another company that doesn't take a week to figure out they don't have something.

"I agree with the previous two comments...This place has no business doing mailorder. I was billed right away (received two receipts immediately)...after a week when i received nothing about shipping I began emailing. After 6 emails with no response i tried calling the ONLY number they had 1-***-***-**** (on the invoice)...busy busy busy...never did ring and i did try. When i went online to see if the item was still there it said it was backordered, which it wasn't when i ordered it. So i finally cancelled my order..or think i did. Because they have zero reply policy i don't know if it went through even though it says it was sent successfully. I will never deal with this company again. i have never dealt with an online knife company...this was a first. I feel bad for the other reputable companies because i will never do it again."

"That place has TERRIBLE customer service. They do not return phone calls or emails, even if you call and email over and over again for ten days.

I ordered two knives, and the cost including shipping was around fifty dollars. The day I was supposed to get the knives came, and I ever got them. After calling relentlessly, and sending many emails, I got no response.

I decided to look into this 'store' further, and I came across this website. The other people who reviewed had the exact same issues as I did.

I will never buy from this store or recommend it to anyone ever.

"I will never do business with this company again. The phones are never answered and emails are not returned. Eknifestore.com has the same address and phone number. I tried calling them but got the same answer as ebladestore.com The absolute worst customer service anyone can imagine."

"I purchased a 40" claymore sword from this company on 11/16/2010, my credit card was charged immediately. After several days of no communication regarding my order, I emailed them via their "question" button under my account. I never received a response. I then attempted to call for 3 days, over 75 times on those three days, only to be directed to their message about all representatives being busy.. There was no way to leave a message, or to contact anyone else, it just simply said to go to their website.

After this, I emailed the ceo/founder/owner/president/whatever he is, and had told him that I made several attempts at contact. No surprise, he never contacted me. So, I sent another email threatening to cancel my order, and write a review on his business, as well as report to the respective business bureau in his area. I myself own two very successful online retail stores, as well as brick & mortar retail stores. This is not how a customer is to be treated. Again, No response.

11/22/2010- I managed to get through on the phone. I believe Jason is the one that I spoke with, however, I cannot guarantee it was him. However, When I called and spoke with him, he had told me that the order was cancelled by customer request. I had never done this. He then proceded to put me on hold, and came back in about 45 seconds (not enough time to actually research the situation, so he knew who I was when I called..), and he told me that they cancelled my order due to my email asking for assistance. He then proceded to "ban" me from ordering from him. He also told me that he processed my order yesterday, which was a Sunday... Then when I called him out on it, he said well.. Monday morning... Then I said, "so this morning?", and he replied, "whatever way you wanna look at it."

It is my conclusion that this is a one man operation, and he does not have the resources, to backup his website which appears to offer decent products at a fair price. It is my opinion, that instead of just replying to my messages, and trying to fix the situation, he simply hid, and cancelled the order to avoid having to actually ship a product. He lost several thousand dollars from myself, because I am an avid sword/knife collector, and spend a lot of money on them. I wanted to give his company a chance, and he blew it.

I will never use this company again, even if he hadn't "banned" me, because I called him out on an error, that could have been fixed!

Long story short, he charged my credit card, didn't "process" my order for almost a week, didn't reply or respond to several emails, and simply seemed as if he didn't care. Also, Kind of funny he claims my order was cancelled, however, I had to personally cancel my order after the conversation because it was still showing "approved" and active on his own order management system.

If you research his company, you will see that this is not the first time this has happened with his company. I read about a customer who it took over 8 weeks for ebladestore.com to reply to his messages, and kept giving him stories as to why his order hadn't shipped for 8 weeks...

There are several unhappy customers if you research forums for this company, so buyer beware!
