"This is not only my new go-to vendor for anything VOIP or phone-related, it's one of the best vendors I've had the pleasure of using in my 15 years on Internet. I'm tech-oriented, but I have little VOIP experience. I went to the 8774e4voip.com website because they had the lowest price on the VOIP phones I was interested in. They helped me choose the best phone for me, a Polycom 650, and it was at my door two days later.
But the most important part of this purchase came when I needed help with some intricate phone settings. Polycom doesn't support end users; they refer you to your phone vendor. I thought I was out of luck, because I bought the phone at a steep discount. I called e4 and asked for help. They spent almost an hour on the phone with me, patiently and expertly instructing me how to solve the problem I was having. This combination of price and service is very rare. If you need phone or network equipment, this is your place!"
