NEVER buy from DSTLD! Waste of money and time! Terrible product and service!

"DON'T buy anything from them. Terrible product quality and customer service! Bought an XS size sweater for regular fitting. Guess what?! The bust measures 20 inches across and the length is 25 inches from neck to bottom trim. And they call it XS. It can fit a medium easily. Contacted customer service for a full refund. They ask you to pay $10 shipping citing it's your fault that you decided to buy this "crappy" sweater. Should not have bought anything from them and will never again! "

SCAM FRAUD No returns BEWARE!!!!

"I bought a leather jacket size large.
On the add it says the model is 6' tall. I'm 5'7" and the large was to small so I entered for an exchange or RETURN but as soon as I put in my info it said item is not eligible for return. Without giving any reason.

Ordered 12/1/19-never received as of 2/13/20. DO NOT buy from this company

"Extremely poor interaction with this company. Ordered a clothing item for my son for Christmas 12/1/19, today is 2/13/20 & still have not received. Shortly after I ordered received an email requesting money to get involved in the company. Have written company every 1-2 weeks trying to get the merchandise & multiple responses re: logistics, supplier & 2 weeks ago my item supposedly in a warehouse & to be shipped. Nope, didn't happen. Now more excuses about warehouse issues. During this extended period received a note from the CEO apologizing. Really can't believe they keep selling stuff when they can't meet their current obligations. Do NOT purchase from this company. I did receive a refund."

Terrible purchasing experience

"My recent experience with DSTLD was and still continues to be extremely disappointing. To briefly summarize, I placed an order on 12/23 for a shirt jacket and a t-shirt using the $50 complimentary discount they provided me. They provided me with a tracking number that claimed my items will be delivered by December 28th. That did not happen and the tracking status of "shipped" never changed. I figured they must be a bit backed up from the holidays so I decided to be patient. After New Years, I sent an email asking about the status. After many back and forth emails of nonsense, Angeline, had told me that the order must of been lost. She said that she contacted the warehouse and that I would be receiving an email with a new tracking number in 24 to 48 hours. It has now been a week and I have sent multiple emails for an update. Nothing. Finally, I got a response but the response only made things worse. She had the nerve to ask what my order number was... The order number was literally the subject of the thread we were exchanging many emails on and was listed multiple times in previous emails. This was just carelessness. She then said that she would contact the warehouse and get back to me. It is now 1/14/19 and I still have not heard anything. I sent an email a few days ago politely expressing my concerns and still have not heard back. I never once received an apology or even the slightest bit of compensation for this headache and delay that continues to extend. I may have to file a claim with my bank at this point to just get my money back.

This is an absolute shame because I love this company and have ordered many times in the past. I own 4 pairs of their jeans, a bomber jacket, and a few t-shirts. I have also met the owner at a pop-up in Hollywood a year ago. It pains me to say that I do not trust their customer service enough to ever order from DSTLD again. It seems that the other reviewers had similar experiences.

Feels illegal!

"I will never purchase from them again. Absolutely zero luck with the style or fit or hand of the denim.

WORST of all, when we returned the three pair of jeans, I patiently waited the 7 days for the refund to my credit card and it NEVER came! I contacted them and they acted like it was an error. They finally agreed (after me pinning them down) that if I never contacted them about where my refund was, they would have never credited back my card. This MUST be illegal...to purposely wait and see if your customers ever notice that you fail to credit their credit card??
Customers be warned!!!
Better Business Bureau be aware!!!!!!

Waited 2 weeks - still no jeans

"I have waited 2 weeks for my jeans to arrive. All customer service tells me is to call their logistics company. Isn't that their job? I didn't order the jeans from RR Donnely, I ordered them from DSTLD. I will stick to ordering from reputable online stores that know how to ship their own products. "
