"I called the central station to place my system on "test" only to be told that my account was terminated 3 months ago due to non-payment by Everlasting Technologies Group ( Ronald Anderson, Tia Anderson ). No notice, no nothing. BEWARE!!! "

"About one week following my order, my credit card was charged. The ordered item has not been received. Multiple attempts to contact this company by phone to cancel the order were unsuccessful. After 3 weeks, an order cancellation/refund request was sent via email. After 4 weeks, an order cancellation/refund request was also sent by certified mail. This company has not responded."

"I do not recommend this company. I placed an order for monitoring service and never heard another word from this company once they charged my credit card. I tried many time to contact this company, only to get a recoding to leave a message. I always left a message and they never returned any of my calls. I left many e-mail messages and never a response from this company. I have place the charge in dispute with my credit card company. WARNING; use extreme caution when dealing with this company. They Suck!"

"Take a minute to think about this place before you place an order. They have pretty decent pricing, but the service is horrible. I was stood up on three appointments to get my system monitoring set up. Each time I waited an hour and no one called. When I call to find out what happened - no one is around. Looks like growing pains. Couldn't get a refund, so had to dispute charge - BEWARE."

"I've spent a lot of money with these folks starting 2007. They were always a little disorganized and didn't always answer the phone or respond to e-mails in a timely way. But they made up for that in their willingness to provide detailed technical support and programming assistance for alarm panels.

Beginning in late 2008 they essentially stopped responding to my e-mails and phone calls and when they did they promised to make changes with the Central Station that the Central Station claims they never did thereby putting my family's safety at risk.

And when I mean stopped I mean stopped. Over a period of 3 months or so I emailed them almost a dozen times and called and left messages almost a dozen times. I even called their 24hr technical support hotline for existing customers because I was dealing with an urgent matter.

The last straw was when their Central Station sent me a letter saying that my account would be canceled because the dealer (DoItYourselfSecuritySystems / Everlasting Technologies) had not paid their bills.

When you deal with a company like this, especially for monitoring services that you prepay you are leaving yourself at their mercy. If they don't pay their own monthly bills then whatever amount you may have prepaid could be out the window for good.

"I purchased a Vista 21ip panel and three keypads from this store and was extremely satisfied. All items were brand new and sealed. They shipped within a day at the lowest prices I could find. I'd definitely purchase from them again!!!!"
