"Beware of this company and their free shipping. Make sure you read all the comments since there may be some good ideas.
I placed a order with free shipping and it was to arrive in 7 to 10 business days maximum. I paid through Paypal. The seller say not to contact them until the order is already late and they never give you a tracking number. After 14 days and 9 hours after placing the order, I considered the order late and informed paypal that i had not received the order so I would have some protection. The seller was angry and insisted that I cancel the dispute before they would ship the product. I found out later, from paypal, that if the dispute is dismissed, that one gives up all their rights and the seller actually gets paid regardless if they ship anything. This company clearly knows the rules and wanted me to give up my rights before shipping any product. Makes me wonder if I would have had to pay for the product and not received anything.
This company is playing games to try and get expedite shipping charges by not honoring the free shipping.
They finally said that they would send my order priority mail (16 days after the order was placed) for free, once I dismissed the dispute with paypal. There was no way i was going to give up my rights to any future claims.
I would have been happy with them sending out my order and I would have dismissed the dispute.
Note that the dispute is just a heads up to paypal and that if I needed paypal's help I had to elevate the dispute to the resolution center which I finally did, after 3 days, when they refused to send the order without dismissal of the initial dispute.

The only way to get these unethical sellers in line is to make sure their actions are documented.
The seller was mad I turned in a dispute with paypal even though at the dispute level, this is just a FYI to paypal and they dismiss the dispute in 20 days if you do not raise it to the next level, which would end up not being a black mark on the seller.
The seller solution is to cancel your order if there is a dispute, if you do not remove it. This way if they cancel your order before you elevate the claim, then again it is not a black mark.
What I would suggest doing is first contact them about the order ~2 day before it should be delivered and get confirmation about the shipment and if they try and say that there was a glitch in the order and would you like to expedite the shipment at a cost, then you say no thanks and ask for it to be sent with free shipping and then you file a dispute (if you paid with paypal) and elevate it immediately so they git pinged for the game play. Just need one level of dispute with a credit card company.

Paypal is still holding my money, even though the merchant says they have canceled the order. There is a law that says the your credit card should not be charged until the merchandise has been shipped (I guess that paypal does not follow this law, since they charged my card and refuse to order a refund right away). I have found many complaints on the resellerratings forum about paypal....if there are any issues expect trouble.
