"Digiframe said they had the frames so I ordered the frames 12/4 they left a message on my phone 5 days later the frames you ordered are unavailable and offered another frame. So I left a message and emailed to send the frames that were available, I got message the next day second frame is unavailable so I canceled my order and ordered from another company. I recieved the frames i ordered from the second company and then 3 days later the frames from Digiframe. I explained to customer service and and the guy said send it back and we will credit your account and will not charge you restocking fee. I called to check on my credit they charged me a restocking fee. The customer service person said we have a right to charge you the fee. DO NOT BUY FROM DIGIFRAME THEY RIP YOU OFF!"

"This company will not stand behind what they sell. They have sluffed me off to the manufacturer who will not return my phone call. Do Not Order from them!!!"

"On 7/30/2009 I purchased a PixiModo Reflection 12 digital picture frame. To my disappointment, the frame does not meet the marketed specifications: it does not display some JPEG files (which are displayed quite well by such applications as MS Paint, Windows Photo Gallery, Adobe Photoshop, XnView, IrfanView), and it does not provide the 800x600 resolution as specified. I can prove both these points with test images.

Since the product I'd purchased was not as advertised and did not meet its specification, I wanted to return it for a full refund, without paying the company's 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

I talked to customer service reps and the manager and they offered an exchange for another digital frame. I did some research, visited Fry's and internet sites, and found out that the only model of nearly the same quality and price would be Coby DP1212-1G, but the company doesn't have it.

After that they refused to make a full refund for a product that does not meet its advertised specifications. I believe it is not fair to have to pay the restocking fee and shipping costs for a falsely advertised product.

So beware! They sell products which are not guaranteed to match the specifications listed at their site and if you want to return them, you'll have to pay 15% restocking fee for such products plus shipping costs.
