"The Internet Order was placed on 01/09/09 which included a $20.00 charge for Shipping which was an option of Ground or 3 day select, 3 Day Select was selected. On 01/15/09 a tracking # was finally made available the same day the credit card was charged. The tracking # provided has never shown up as ever leaving the facility (still, as of today 01/22/09)A telephone call was made to Customer Service on 01/21/09 to which the Representative said that he had sent an email saying the package had been returned and would be sent 3 day and he would email the new tracking #. 01/22/09, No email and no answer at Customer Service. 2 Hours later another phone call was made and spoke to the same customer service representative who claims that the package has been collected and it is the same UPS tracking number but it wouldn't show up for another couple of hours. I suggested to the representative that it should be sent overnight, to which he responded would you like me to hold it which suggests to me that it has not left the facility yet. I am utterly annoyed and extremely disappointed in all aspects of this purchase and the service or should I say lack of. This was a gift purchase for a 50th Birthday on 01/23/09, disappointment is an understatement at this point."
