They entice you with a low price, but they are not an authorized dealer and do not even have what they list for sale in stock. I ordered speakers from them on 4/23. It is now May 19 and they still have not even received the item to ship to me. Despite all of this they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee to cancel my order. What a joke! Their reasoning behind this is because they oversold the item by taking 5 orders for only two incoming units and they had to already cancel orders for other people. Why the hell would you sell 5 pairs when you can only get 2?! I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money. James is a straight thief.

"I'd wanted a set of Definitive Technology home theater surround speakers for many years. My hunger grew and I decided to research possible distributors online having found that the retailers varied little from the MSRP. Designer Audio was an amazing find - good discount prices, the offer of free shipping and delivery within 14 business days. Four of my five speakers were shipped within 4 days of my purchase; the fifth had to be backordered and took a little more than the 14-day advisory, but I worked with the company and they expedited the shipment and got it to me overnight. I paid no shipping and no taxes and saved a lot of money. All shipment packaging was sound and from the manufacturer. What more could anyone ask for? I highly recommend Designer Audio and will return to them for any future audio technology purchases."
