"I make 2 different orders (494150 on 1/4/17 and 501427 on 1/12/17) both of them were cancelled because a month go thru and I didn't get my items and the seller offered to cancel and get a refund. Both items were cancelled on 2/8/17 and 2/9/17. Still this day I didn't get my money back. I contacted the support team and they told me they don't have anything to do with refunds that I need to contact the seller. "I found the lowest price for the paperless book I wanted on DealsCube.
Setting up an account and registering a payment method with DealsCube was a little quirky. At one point the address form started with Alabama as the default state which I missed and when I wanted to correct the mistake I got a message that said to go back and edit the form, but there was no way to go back to the page.
Some of DealsCube language is in broken English.
The electronic book was quickly emailed top me by the seller and when I asked for a Kindle version it was also quickly emailed to me.
Even this review website is glitchy. I cannot see the stars above to rate it nor answer the optional questions below.

"There is little safeguard on dealscube.com to protect consumers. I placed an order for a dutch oven that never arrived. The dealer told me the item was not available after I contacted several days after the expected delivery date. The dealer claimed it issued an refund, which never arrived. I filed an dispute to my credit card company. Today, I received a notice from my credit card company stating dealsCube considers my dispute invalid. Dealscube uses the invoice as an evidence to suggest I received my order. I have never found an online market place as irresponsible as dealsCube. Avoid this site. It is not worth the few dollars you imagine that you would save."

I originally ordered a 2-pack of refrigerator water filters (a very common item in my opinion) on 8/27/16 and I was told delivery would take 2 weeks. On 10/3/16, I had still not received my order and I reached out to bdeals through the dealscube messaging service within the members area of the site. Bdeals quickly got back to me and said the order has been delayed, but it should arrive within the next two weeks.
After a few weeks of continuing shipping delays because of bdeals supplier not being able to supply the product, I asked bdeals to cancel my order. He said he would, but after 2 weeks, I never received a refund. I checked in again 2 weeks later and still no refund.
It has now been a month of back and forth with bdeals in me trying to get my refund and all bdeals will ever reply is "We suggest you to contact your credit card company to file a dispute to receive your money back. We apologize for the inconvenience." I submitted an issue to DealsCube customer support and I never received a response.
I started reading through the other reviews and the positive ones look like bought/scam reviews. At this point, I felt the victim of a scam.
My credit card company would not dispute the charge because I submitted the claim 60 days after the original purchase date. I think it was bdeal's idea to keep me in limbo on shipping until after that date had passed.
As you can see from my experience, bdeals and dealscube are not a vendor and platform you should choose to work with. A little bit cheaper price on Google shopping is not worth the headache. I know my purchase was only approximately $65, but it is the principle around how these merchants do business that irritates me the most.
As a result of my experience, I highly recommend avoiding bdeals and dealscube altogether."
