"This company sold me a Palm Hotsync Serial Cradle that is suppose to recharge the unit as well. The unit comes with a cradle, a serial plug and an electric cord, but no way to plug in the cradle for recharge. It is a faulty Palm product. I have written 3 emails to the company but have had no response whatsoever."
