"Placed an order and received 1/2 the order (which was leaking when I received it due to poor packaging). Emailed them and was told to wait 2-3 days for the second part of the order and they didn't even comment on the leaking. Its been almost a month since the original order and I've sent 4 emails that were all unanswered. Now I'm going to have to dispute the order on my credit card.
EDIT: I was contacted by the company on November 17th and refunded my order amount. So while it wasn't ideal, I was made whole again by the company and as a result, I would consider purchasing from them in the future. Hopefully they learned from this experience and can invest in more reliable bulk deals/shipping methods in the future. "

"I am very unhappy with my purchase here and would not buy from them again and urge others to shop elsewhere. I bought a 2G MP3 that was recommended by mybargainbuddy and have always had good transactions with companies they recommend. This item was advertised with a manual, well it came with a 3 inch square piece of paper with criptic instructions that did not appear to go with this unit. My pc did not recognize the device and I could not figure out how to make it work. I wrote two separate emails to the company asking for help or a refund and never heard back. Another customer told me to post here if I wanted service. That is really sad. Tomorrow I plan to start calling them and then I will contact the BBB.
