"Lately, trying to resize a helmet by swapping out liners. Don't know if it would work, but it was suggested by store staff as something to try before spending for a new helmet, since my helmet is fairly new. New liner came in, but wasn't quite right. Store took it back and today (next business day) is contacting Shoei to see if they can help figuring out what is possible with the replacment parts they have available. Not a big sale, but they treat it like it is important anyway. Very customer centered. I've recently bought a jacket at the Tucson store and will definitely buy another helmet there if we cant make the one I have fit safely. "
