The person I spoke with verified the ramp was still available, but said they were going fast and offered to save one for me behind the counter. When I arrived, the ramp was waiting for me and multiple staff checked with me while I did other shopping to make sure I was finding everything I wanted. "I came into the store to look at alternative options for helmets after not being quite satisfied with my original purchase. Prior to coming in, I spoke with Victor who was very helpful over the phone. Once in the store I was assisted by a young lady who did a great job going over different helmet options and features. Victor then took over near the end of the transaction and gave me some ideas on how to set up my helmet and bluetooth features. He was also kind enough to install the bluetooth unit so I everything was ready to go for my next ride. From start to finish, the customer service was top notch by both associates. Kudos to them and I definitely will be stopping in again for future purchases. "

"The experience I had at cycle gear really bugged me because the guy working Kodi wouldn't stop talking about his motorcycle and about how he knows everything about motorcycles, that he forgot to take the security tag off my new Alpinestar gloves. Now I have to go take The gloves in to get the tag removed wasting a ton of my valuable time. I have been to the other cycle gear location in Sacramento and haven't had that bad of an experience and fairly good customer service, I would say that the rancho cordova location needs some better management and help."
