"I called ahead to ensure that the product i searched for online was in stock. The fellow that answered the phone politely asked me to hold and went to check & offered to set the item aside with my name on it if i was coming that way. Upon arrival i was greeted promptly and recieved the item. I tried the helmet in but It didnt fit, within seconds i was led to a mountain of choices and quickly fit with what i needed. It was nice that the sales person didnt just go to the highest priced items they had. He asked me questions that guided us to what worked for me. "

"Have the Shark Skwal helmet that needed a new battery. You can only get a replacement through a distributor. They were able to get it within a week. You may think the helmet is just a gimmick, but, on the way to work on these dark Texas roads, friends who know what I ride have stated they always notice it's me on the road. "
