"I found a great deal on the Cycle Gear website on a helmet, and called the store to see if they had one, since the website said they were sold-out. The young woman that answered my call said they only had a white one, and I wanted the matte black version. They said they would find one in another stores stock and have it in by early the next week. They called on a Tuesday to say they had received the helmet. I made my way over to the store to pick it up, unfortunately the other store had shipped the wrong helmet, but the store had received a shipment the day before and the associate went to see if possibly they had received one. She came back with a helmet and said this is it. Unfortunately, I did not look it over closely and it was a similar model, but not the one I wanted. I discovered that I had been given the wrong helmet when I was showing it to my father. I went back to the store the next day, and the young lady apologized profusely. She sent a bolo out on the internal store system and finally the right one was shipped and I am a happy camper. Most of the errors were not the stores fault. I lover Cycle Gear, and will continue to shop there for the great service, and the way they take care of their customers."
