"Ok so I’m on the NC side of the fence with VA. My brother came for Christmas with his wife and they both ride in NY State. He has been buying Cycle Gear on line because he said there wasn’t a bricks and mortar store there? SO he finds one in Virginia , that my brother in law and I didn’t know about, ( I’ve only been in the country since 2014 , long story grew up in England. SO we all went to this store where he purchased a couple of helmets, clothing ect, and I bought a Sena 20s Evo intercom system as I’m going to teach my sister how to ride. The Staff here are super helpful / friendly and it’s the only motorcycle accessorie store I’ve been in over here that really reminded me of a English motorcycle store. They seemed to have just about everything from tank protectors/ oils/ helmets/ clothes ect ect. The guy behind the counter even fit my intercom inside my helmet for me. Sorry can’t remember his name but everyone I came across that worked there was super friendly. It’s definitely my one stop need just about anything motorcycle store , can’t say enough good about the place. Try it I truly believe you won’t be disappointed. I would have given it more then 5 stars if I could"

"Asked about Gerbing heated gloves in my local store, but was told they were only available on line. Big disappointment. I hate to buy anything without being able to try it on. So, I looked in the clearance bin and found a pair of Firstgear heated gloves that fit well. One third the price of the Gerbings and since my need was immediate, I took them. Used them on a ride up to the National Museum of the Marine Corps for their 243rd anniversary celebration. Long, cold, windy ride, but the gloves felt great. Thanks Cycle Gear. Although, I did have to mail order the y harness to be able to use the gloves. It wasn't available in the store. Used Amazon Prime to get it on time. Store rep assured me I could return them if there was any problem. That sealed the deal."
