"Had a problem with my Sena system I bought about 17 months ago. At the time of purchase, I bought the two year extended warranty. Cycle Gear replaced my system, as soon they discovered there was no fixing the problem.
For a small additional fee, I was able to upgrade my system and obtain another two year extended warranty."

"I purchased a dianese mesh jacket they sold it to me with no liner they cant honor their 30 day exchange policy .due to the fact no liner was installed . The only way anything can be done is to exchange for some jacket of lesser value ,pro rated for a lousy liner they didn't bother to install nor check out ."
