Tire and Tube change.

"On 1/17/21 I had a rear tire replaced on 1 of our dirt bikes. When I picked it up I noticed that the tire was put on backwards. Instead of immediately fixing the problem I was told that " some times we put them on backwards for better traction".
So before I could tell the salesman that he's full of crap, another customer started yelling at him for another issue. I waited 20 minutes and the tire was put on correctly. I also have had 2 other tires repaired (front tubes replaced) since then, at least I paid to get them replaced. When we picked up the front tires (2 separate times) the tubes were not replaced. The tire was just cleaned up and I got a call to come pick up the tire. The 2nd front tube replacement, I had marked with a sharpie and took a picture, Same crap happened. I do have receipts with dates. My family loves the convenience of shopping for new gear and tires at Cycle Gear. But we will never take our bike tires in their for repair or replacement.

Decent selection of all sorts of gear for every riding style!

"Just about every time I drop in for something, they have it. Gloves, jackets, bags, oil, tires, electronics, electrical, they have a great selection. If they don't have it, you can get it shipped to the store in a day or two. They do tire changes if you bring in your wheels. I don't know if they will install tires that you didn't purchase from CG."

WTF !!!!!

"These guys are usually good but I called looking for a extended gear shift lever for my 2020 crf450r. They told me nothing was available, those have been a problem for a while now to obtain. Lucas told me some boots were lower profile and that might be a better solution at this point to cure my shifting problem on the bike. Which I liked. However He was going to check stock on Alpinestars tech 5 to see if they had my size in stock. He was supposed to get back to me after he inventoried his stock. Nada not even a call back, so today I call Hammerhead direct and they have all those shift levers in stock, and I quote he says that's mainly all they make and they have not had any issues supplying the demand. Even with covid. Couldn't Lucas or Nicky have made that call for me ??? I would hope so !!!! I was like Really !!!! WTF The crew at your Mesa Az. store seem way too busy, and because of that they have become Jack's of all trades but masters of nothing !!! For me that is a deal breaker. It means they are not any longer working for repeat business. There is no need there are 5 more customers in back of me. It kills your motivation for good customer service. It is not necessary for you to do a great job securing repeat business cause you have too many customers to begin with. You can't keep up with the flow as it is. So now I find myself going direct through the internet rather than going in person to Cyclegear since they now just seem like a middle man with no knowledge of what they sale or what inventory they have !!!! Very aggravating, I don't need that in my life thank you. Too bad used to be good. Unfortunately for me your company is just too busy !!!!
