"I purchased a Neotec 1 in 2012(another store) and was a good experience until starting hurting me so bad. Could not return.
I stopped wearing in 2103 and I was happy when the 2nd version came out and I decided to go to Cycle Gear and asked if I could try.
Immediately they said yes and explained I have 30 days to try and return with no questions ask.
I wore for a week and unfortunately was hurting me too.
I returned without any question.
I definitely will buy more accessories there.
I already purchased Jackets, another helmet (x14), boots, liners, Sena 20s Evo, Sena 50R . No return.
