"Ehhh the staff seems not so excited to have customers, there is 1 or 2 personal that are knowledgable & help recommend products the rest seem to just be collecting a paycheck winging it day by day. Has led me to buy more online from others than at my local cycle gear store. Bathrooms are usually dirty & the store has been tidy in years. A lot of the items are in wrong places & usually mixed up. Prices are mixed you think you picked up a product & know the price till you get rung up & price is different. The moment from clerk it was prob in wrong spot or labeled wrong. The helmets are whats there what every 1 tries on is what is pushed on you so they can put a new 1 on display.
Been there a couple of times at opening hour to have some one come by 10-15 minutes late to open on several occasions. The atmosphere used to be welcoming & excitement new products and employee welcoming you back & talking about bikes & what you where in for to recommend products as well as show you to them as well as the recommendations, thats been gone for a couple years now."

"I have the Icon Airmada Chantilly lace helmet which is freakin amazing. It came with the clear face sheild which is great for some people. I get migraines and am very sensitive to light. I bought the mirrored green face sheild which matches my helmet perfectly. It is awesome. I can even see out thru it perfectly at night. I'm the rider, not the driver but I still think it's good at night. Cycle gear staff were amazing, made my in store pick up easy peasy and quick. Highly recommend Cycle Gear and their products. "
