In roughly a half hour I was fitted for a new Bell Moto helmet, it was exactly what I wanted, fit perfectly at half the price I was planning on paying, purchased some Oakley goggles, new Moto pants shirts and gloves then processed a return of a couple of online purchases and never once felt I needed to wait. This while the store had several customers whose needs were clearly all being addressed. Bottom line this shop makes the most of what they have as a smaller shop."

"called store day before to get tube replacement quote and find out when store opens next day and confirm tire person would available upon store opening. was told 10 a.m. and yes i will be the one doing tire service for you. come in and we will get it done quickly. arrived 10:15 with one customer ahead of me which i waited patiently for. filled out work order and contact info and was told no more then 1 hour?, i thought i was going to wait for it because i was told it would be "quick". i was given no explanation why an hour now, with a tire machine its 10 minute job, front trials tire no balancing. so an hour goes by and no call, so i return to store approx 11:45 to see tire sitting right where it was. now i am informed that i have wait till at least 1 p.m. when someone comes in because its busy now. it was not busy when i arrived in the morning. thats a 3-4 hours waste of time of my time not mention that lack of respect by not contacting me to inform me of a delay. i could have changed it myself before 11:00 and getting hot that day if he was forthcoming"
