"I ordered a set of Continental TKC 70's to be delivered to store. When they came in, I took in my wheels to have tires mounted. The next day I got a call that tires will not be mounted without new tubes. I informed them that the tubes in there were new last time I changed the tires 4 months and 3,000 miles ago, and they would be fine. I was told it's "company policy" to change tubes every time. So, I had to drive 12 miles from my home to return to store to buy tubes, then go back next day to pick up wheels. I should have been informed of your "company policy" when I dropped off wheels! I've been riding since I was 9 and I'm 63 now. I've never heard of changing tubes EVERY time you change a tire! You lost a customer! And, I will bad mouth you to everyone I know...."
