"Cashier couldn't remember me or my motorcycle 30 minutes after I left my tire and rim to get a new tire mounted. Its not a busy store and wasn't busy when I was there or anytime before and my bike is pretty unique with a right angled valve stem making it even more easier to remember - Honda PC800 -rnot many around. Left the tire and rim around 5pm - they close at 7pm. I called the next day at 3:45 pm to get status and same guy again didn't remember me or my tire. Top it off the tire was not even worked on. So then he said "It will be done in an hour, how is that for you?" I'm thinking WHAT! After the tire being there all day he talked to me like I had just gotten there and dropped it off. So I said it will have to be ok (no choice) and asked him to call me when it was done - I received no call. I called an hour and a half later and someone else answered and apologized and said that should have never happened ands that the tire was ready. When I picked up the tire the guy who forgot everything was helping me and pretty much treated me like I was ordering burgers at a fast food restaurant. I won't go back to Cycle Gear or at least the Fresno store."
