"I've had nothing but good transactions/interactions with the products and everyone that works there. I've been there maybe 25 - 35 times in the last three months. If they don't have something in stock in the store, I'll do ship to store or special order. Shipping is fast and prices are fine if not good. Everyone I've dealt with at the store is enthusiastic about riding and products and will chat with you about anything. It's a great way to learn being a new rider. There's never any pressure to buy anything. I've gone a few times just to browse and pick their brains and didn't leave with anything. It's rare now a days at least for me to have a great local store of any kind that I enjoy shopping at and don't mind even paying a premium because the employees and store are great. "

"The staff is as helpful as always, but policies are not the same as they were last year. I brought in an unused item for return and was told they can no longer take returns on purchases older than 30 days. i couldn’t even get store credit for it, whereas in the past returns were not a problem as long as the item was in new condition. Just wish I would have been informed of the policy change - I would have been more urgent about making the return."

"I've been dealing with cycle gear for several years now. I have five motorcycles and find them the best place to shop for all of them.Sales Associates are pleasant and will stay with you until you are satisfied. They often need to order products but usually have them there the next day. Most of them seem to really enjoy what they do and participate in conversations without the usual buy it or buggie attitude I get in most other shops.
