"If you go online and place an item on hold in the Savannah Georgia store, forget about it. I placed an item on hold, received the email not to come up there until notified never got an notification and than received Ann email stating the item was canceled. I try calling to see what that was about no one picked up the phone and than when I finally got ahold of someone they acted like I had no clue about what I was talking about.
I just went online to another motorcycle accessories store and purchased what I wanted cost about five dollars more but at least it will be delivered for free to my house.
I use to love the CycleGear in Tacoma WA they are awesome to bad the one here in Georgia is terrible. Hopefully the one in Texas (my next duty station) will be better. If not I’ll just take my business else where."
