"Absent of a brain, I went to the Richmond store to try on an ordered helmet, and have a com system installed right before closing time. I'm not THAT guy, so I apologized and offered to come back tomorrow. In the conversation when David and Sang learned that I drove from an hour away, they worked it out to finish the install and close to accommodate me. I didn't ask for that special treatment.
They also spent another bit of time letting me try on different helmet/ear pad combinations, as the helmet I ordered didn't fit. By then David had pointed out many features on the helmets I was looking at, comparing each. By then it was even later, so I'll go back to pick it up when the store is open, but at least it will only be one trip to get the finished product.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received there this visit and my previous visit.
I'll definitely check out this store first for future purchases. Thank you sirs."

The Cycle Gear store take that guesswork out of the the equation. I now buy much of my gear there.

"Needed a tire to get back home on the middle of a tour. I was told they could get it done same day. So I pulled my tire and went in, I get “our tire guy called off (tuesday) But tomorrow he can do it.” The next day I waited til end of the day and called and was told it would be done by Monday or Tuesday. I pick up the tire and the person I dropped the tire off didn’t fill any paperwork out either on my work order. The place was pretty in organized. I went to badass 612 that evening and was out the door in under 30minutes. "
