"I for the first time had a open budget to buy what I needed to keep warm in my new Goldwing Trike I told him it had heated seat and grip. He showed me everything i asked about, didnt try to over sell, helped me complete my wardrobe with gloves we found on your sight. Just got them wow first time in 50y of wearing gloves, never did a cold hand go in, and they warmed right up Wow. May need larger jacket if I need to buy heated under shirt (already snugg) I'll know after riding with when I test it when trike arrives in Dec. Wont shop elseware"

"When no one else had what I needed, Cyclegear did, AGAIN.
I was coming from out of town, it was cold, snowing and the wind was howling. I needed heated gear to make the trip home. None of the other suppliers, along the way, had what I needed. Cycle Gear had it in stock and the sales team spent all the time I needed picking it out and fitting me properly.
I can't say enough good about the sales staff there.

"I was warmly greeted immediately as I entered; another employee passing by as I browsed the shelves asked if I needed assistance; when I got to the counter with a few items in hand and stated I had a pre-paid item being held for me, staff knew who I was and what was being held for me. They also knew I had placed on hold a second item, but had let the hold lapse, and asked if I was still interested in that item. Excellent service!"
