I placed an order on computeruniverse and I am disappointed. If you need to return an item, get ready for problems ...

"I made an order on computeruniverse on 12/15/2019 (the amount is about 500 euros) and wanted to receive the order by the end of 2019. For this, I specially selected products marked "READY TO SHIP"! And the order arrived only on 01/23/2020. Also, when examining the parcel at the post office, I found that the box with the goods had been opened. I wrote a statement of refusal to receive and the parcel went back. Today is already 06/09/2020, and I have not received any response - What about my return! They received the parcel with the return on 02/28/2020. Emails are not answered. They don't answer the phone either. I read the forums - as it turned out, my case was not the only one! I wanted to build a top PC !!! A new socket is out! In the corner there is a thermaltake core v51 case, an MSI MEG Z390 ACE motherboard and all sorts of crap on the little things .... ALMOST YEAR guys !!!!"

Condition of Pioneer VSX-934

"I've bought the receiver in your store. In discription it was "unpacked", but in reality in is really used and with scratches. I think that for this conditon price must be lower. I'm your new custumer and I'm not happy, that real conditon wasn't described. I've attached the pictures to this letter. Please, give me your opinion on this situation.
I wrote the massage 2 weeks ago to the custumer servise. Was totaly ignored.

Bad is a to kind word: they don't care about the clients

"They have good prices but I don't even know if they are real or just made to attract clients.
I contacted them by email on the 1st of this month email, told them that I understand they might have problems and asked if they deliver outside Germany. I also specified that I don't speak German. They haven't answered so I canned on the 3rd and asked the same things. They said yes to both.
So I completed an order on the 8th. All the emails I got from them (when they had the will to answer) are in German. After the order I saw the transaction pending in my bank but I haven't received any bill and the order wasn't in the account I have created on their side. After a series of emails after 2 weeks I succeeded to talk with someone that justified that they were expecting a money transfer not online payment so I need to cancel the transfer and then make a new payment. After I did that it took 3 days for them to say that they received the money. Then they said that they are waiting for some product.
Now in my account the products are reserved since Monday but I don't know if it's true and if they will ship them.
I don't even want to guess how long the delivery will take.
But they took the money.

Worst service in the whole universe

"I've ordered 2 packs of memory together with a bunch of other stuff.
However, I received only one. I don't know whether it was stolen from package or it just was not put there. But I believe in the second part because their customer service doesn't even reply to my numerous emails and to the inquiries I've sent through the contact form on their website.
Such service is unacceptable!

Computer Universe Fraudulent Company

"This is me costumer who spent over 25.000 euro in their store, I wanna not write review but share my own experience with them. They not reliable seller they love deceive costumers , I've bought many graphic cards made by Nvidia they sent me previously 3 of them brand new with manufacturer seal intact wrapped with plastic, then once they sent me ( Open Box, Used, Refurbished ) GTX 1080, I paid for it full MSRP retail price no discount. They ripped me of with GTX 1080 ( 200 $), Then were monitor DELL UP2715 K, I purchased 2 of this monitors, 1 st they shipped me brand new with Dell factory seal intact wrapped with factory plastic film, purchased 2 nd time same monitor they sent me with my observation falling under criteria ( Refurbished ), units factory packaging was opened dell factory seal tape opened, items box have wear tear on it not looking new, monitor itself had scratches in frame item evidently shown signs it went through repair process, screen glass separated from aluminum frame for screen replacement or maybe scaler replacement. This seller lier they contradict themselves they never recognize they are sent to you used items even you saw how new item must be packaged & how overall new items must be. After this 2 incidents I left this seller I made it clear they are not who deserves money. I bought to many graphic cards duplicate of items because I have relative friends who is not experienced with online purchases they are not speaking English, they generally people who looking for this kinda purchases with suspicion not trust make one by themselves. Then I start write email to their costumer service afterwards I know what you are doing don't do this again because I'm not stupid. I made several purchases with warning email description I'm not accepting used open box refurbished items. They did sent me 3 items afterwards, Termaltake tower 900 ( pc case ), ASUS STRIX X 299 XE motherboard, Samsung 960 evo 500 gb ssd, all items was new. I wanna talk particularly about pc case Termaltake tower 900. When this item arrived with my 1 st order it was wrapped around with tight impossible to remove plastic ropes which manufacturer I assume Termaltake in this case seals they brand new product from the factory, I cut the ropes because it was impossible just remove it to open box. Item was brand new everything was perfect no defects no bent, no scratches, no any blemishes that you can claim. After this my close friend came to my house saw it he plea me buy one for him also I can't refuse he paid me money for it I bought for him this case 2 nd time plus one more item PC RAM I bought for myself. Item arrived both items, PC RAM have manufacturer seal intact it is brand new, Termaltake tower 900 doesn't have same retail packaging. Box of this case again have wear tear off signs, I opened case I haven't observed from 1 st sight anything wrong with item, after close attentively observation, I find out front grill frame bent badly, one of the thumb screws missing, 2 nd one thumb screw have ugly polishing defect, outer frame of this case from side have dents scratches on it which isn't possible reclaim as damaged from shipment because this part placed in box protecting with 3 sm protective styrofoam so it's impossible this damage occur during shipment this is excluding factor. Computer Universe gmb this time deceived you again for shipping item which weigh over 54 pounds, they knew if you wanna return you have to spend 180 $ just for return shipment, they ripped you off again this shipment also cost to me 130 euro to receive. They ripped me of with DELL UP 2715K too this thing was also expensive to ship it back all packaging all I can remember was over 32 pounds, so I forced to keep it. This is how this seller deceive their costumers, this is my story, your story situations complications with this seller may differ.

My advice avoid this seller like plague, There are online seller which established pinnacle of this business, which have superior costumer service products, the seller who is responsible for their actions if something went wrong with your purchase they always can understand your situation, they never deny they shipped used item ( if this sometimes occurs by mistake or misbehaive of their warehouse or fullfillment centre personnel who is responsible for their actions, who is always value they costumers by the care attention they providing. If you wanna buy something go to Amazon.com they have everything you need, Like in old Beatles song All you need is love :) All you need is Amazon.com :) Computer Universe cheap knock off online seller you should burn if you buy something from them, they gonna rip your off in sooner or later. Order Cancellation

"It appeared that you can't cancel your order if you used any promo code, it stated on their site that you should contact them by email or phone and confirm your cancellation (WTF, just damn cancel it?) so I wrote them twice via gmail and twice submitted a form on their crappy site so far no response, and the phone is not reachable, the worst service ever, never buy anything from them. Another thing is that I signed up for their newsletters for 5 euro promo, but didn't get it, wrote an email same thing, they answered that my request had been submitted and will be answered shortly but as usual no answer."

Order and Paid but no order in the site

"Make an order and paid but no order or invoice
On the 31/05 i make an order of over 1100 euros! i make the payment by credit card, the payment was done and i receive notification from my bank.
This was a B2B order so i went to the site to check the order/invoice but in the site i didn't had any order i send a mail with the situation and on Friday afternoon call the business support line and they request me to send a mail again with the problem that i face and prints with what i had bought on the previous day and prove of payment. After a few hours i call them and once again i face a very negative attitude and 0% effort in trying to understand my complain or genuinely helping me. I understand that problems happen but i do not understand or accept a customer service line PAID that the only info or customer service that they do is and i quote Send e mail and wait if you already send just wait. Great way to handle a b2b customer.

Dissappointing

"Disappointing! Ordered an expensive laptop on the 16th of March. They shipped via DHL. A week later they discovered that it was not possible to deliver it, because it had batteries included, so I had to wait until it returned back to them to resend it via UPS!! I was calling every day, and sending emails too, the response was slow and insufficient. They told me that they sent it on the 23rd of May. Until the 26th there was no update on the tracking status, so I called them, and they said that they already sent it. I did not believe them, so I called the UPS and they told me that computeruniverse did not arrange a delivery with that tracking number!!!! So after calling many times, they finally sent it, the next day and they gave me NEW tracking number! ALSO I had to pay 55euro more, for the extra UPS charge, as it was not my mistake that it was not possible to be delivered bu DHL, and at first they asked even more money for the UPS cost, more that their web-page listing stated!!! Avoid them!!"

Don't order here, worst service ever, lost 120€ and they don't care at all.

"Ordered computer components and nvidia graphic card was faulty. Very slow service e-mail answers (after 3 e-mails i get answer after 9 day's). I posted it back and still no new card...they returned money to webshop account but same cards are now over 100€ higher priced + i need to pay another 20€ DHL fee if i make new order.
They stealed 120€ my money and again no e-mail answes anymore.

stole my money

"I placed an order on 18th December, one month later and I didn't receive the item. I sent them many emails but no responce at all. I called them three times to ask for money since I dont need the product any more( it was suppose to be a christmas gift) they always tell me that they invistigate the missing item with DHL. and after 10 days of invistigation, no one called me back and appearently no one care. an invistigation with dhl is not my buisness. in their system as well as in the dhl tracking, the item is not sent. I dont trust computeruniverse any more. "
