He got everything done and enlisted managers to help and finally got us the car we wanted. He was a fighter . Jacob in Finance could not have been any more professional and again friendly. He thoroughly went through everything so clearly and the whole while stayed friendly and engaging. And the 36” screen to do the paperwork was a god sent to a man that is not so good at seeing as I am. Kudos to all involved."

Registered for my new account, added details of my vehicle for verification of correct part for my Year, Make, Model of Vehicle before finalizing purchase. Part was on sale. Free shipping. Email confirmations and updates timely. Received my part with intact outer and inner packaging. Correct product received. Product installed. Problem resolved. Piece of cake. Did installation myself (senior aged female) after first mechanic told me part was obsolete for my vehicle, and after 2nd mechanic quoted me $1400 to do the repair and said part was behind the dash. Went with my gut, researched what these mechanics said to me, and checked YouTube, and BINGO! Every instruction I needed was online. Both mechanics were very wrong. Very thankful, grateful. My cost=$200. Amen!"
