"The old bait and switch. First I never heard from them to confirm order. Then when I called they told me the camera came with NO battery or charger . This was after I had called to see if it came with a battery & was told yes. THEN they wanted to charge me separately for the battery AND charger... a LOT. I asked if it was new or refurbished. He said ALL cameras were new. Then I asked why the camera for only $25 had a battery & charger. He said that one was refurbished. THAY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND TELL YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HEAR!!! I cancelled my order."

I am forced to resort this leaving this ecommerce site negative feedback since they won't respond to my emails. I should've seen the red flags when you're forced to call them to "confirm" your order before they can ship it. AKA upsell you some horrible products. BUT, I thought it all sounded good on the phone. Typical of NY telemarketers, the sale is their #1 priority. Extremely pushy, always able to give you a screaming deal if you say no. Anyway, the tripod was a little 3" tabletop CHEAP tripod. He made absolutely NO mention of this. Made it sound like a legit tripod. The "cleaning kit" is literally worth $5. The camera bag is the most basic bag you can get, the camera w/ any accessories barely fits in the crappy bag. The extra battery??? I didn't receive. The 32g memory card, $30 at Best Buy. I paid an additional $130 for this garbage. And I haven't gotten any response about my extra battery. I mean, they have my money so who cares at this point right?
Seriously, stay away from this site, buy from Amazon or Best Buy. It's not worth the small savings. "
"Placed an order for a camera with this company, wasn't informed it didn't come with a battery (not the problem). Paid for it with CC and received a payment confirmation, which contained 100% accurate info. Received a phone call 1-2 days later that my zip code was wrong on billing....it wasn't, at least on my confirmation. While on the phone, was informed about the battery not being ordered, so I let them upsale me $40 for the best battery available. Was charged $80. Called in to find out why, they added a battery charger without my authorization. Wouldn't be a problem if I didn't already have a universal charger! Would've never agreed to one because of that. They told me it had already shipped and that I could just read the return policy and send the charger back for a refund. No biggie, okay. Tried to track the package a few days later, can't. No tracking info. Called their office to get it and was told they would get it for me and call me back. Now several days later, still no tracking info. Tired of calling them. On the plus side, their products and prices are pretty fantastic. Won't fix my reviews until I feel comfortable doing so.
Update: A week and a half and UPS attempted its delivery, during business hours. I obviously miss the delivery, because I work like most human beings. Called UPS to have them hold the package for me to pickup at their warehouse and they inform me that I can't do that because the shipper has that option disabled! Really?? So I call Checkoutdigital to have them enable to option for me to pickup the package at UPS after I get off work. I called 10 minutes before 5pm and I get their office is closed automated message. On a Friday, before 5. Nice..... Guess I have to wait until Monday to try calling them again."
"This is a terrible company...maybe it is just a scam. I have called 7 times over the last 2 months and still have not received my order, and it is just a $17.99 charger for my camera! I just called right now and they hung up on me! I was not being rude. The man told me (at 1:30 on a Tuesday) that Customer Service was not in and I needed to call back. I clarified...so they are not there right now... And he hung up on me. I called back and Bruce answered, telling me the charger would be on its way. We will see, they have told me this 3 times already. "
