"I was absolutely disgusted by this product. It arrived on time, but less than a week after I'd bought it, I realised the connector linking the battery to the mains plug was literally smoking and sparking. It burned a hole through my duvet and I had to replace the cable. Asking a friend who works in computers, it turns out they had soldered it improperly and that burnt through the connector. If I'd left that connector alone for even a minute, there could have been a serious fire.
