"Ordered an extended battery for a K-RAZR phone. Confirmation included a "transaction number" which was not accepted as a valid order number by their order tracking software. Email inquiry was bounced back by an autoresponder, which said a reply would not be responded to, and yet suggested sending a reply to the *same address*! A phone call was answered by a machine which said there was no room left to record a message.
After opening a dispute through PayPal, I finally received notice that my item was being shipped. I did receive it, and it was the correct item. I'm now happy with the outcome, even though it was a hassle to get what was promised."

"I ordered a Motorola BLT04 on September 30, 2005. At that time I was told that they were in stock. That supply ran out and a subsequent supply has run out according to the website. I was told by customer service that I would receive one this week. I still have not received my item.

"FAST, excellent shipping. I swear I got it the second business day and I expected free shipping to take 5-10 business days. Product is a quality brand name and I am not disappointed in the least. I was so pleased with cellularking, that I had my friend purchase the same product and a few other items on Monday at 520 pm, paid for next day delivery and expected it Wednesday, but no, it arrived TUESDAY at 930 am! Admitted item not in stock, promised refund initally. After several calls to get the refund they said to ask if PayPal transfers the money back as they will not.
