I was given a choice of a UPS return label or a refund. I chose to return the product for what I had originally ordered.
Now I was told they will not ship out the correct product until they receive the incorrect product back, understandable, however return shipping will take 3-7 BUSINESS days???
I asked for 2 day shipping, since the original order took only 4 days from order date to my receipt of order.
I was promptly told NO. That they would put a $5.00 coupon in my account???? I want product not a coupon.
In 2015 a similar problem arose when I went to use the coupon it would not work. I was given the "Buds" shuffle, and never got the to use the coupon.
I quit dealing with Buds until last week, 8 years, later the same "Bait and switch".. Will not be "gotten" a third time."
