"THE WORST INTERNET CO. I HAVE EVER DELT WITH.
AFTER 11 DAY'S THAT THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED MY ORDER AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS I CANCELED THE ORDER AND THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL A 25% RESTOCKINY FEE FOR SOMETHING THEY COULD NOT EVEN SHIP. I HAVE DISBUTED THE CHARGE WITH VISA AND LET THEM FIGHT IT OUT. PLEASE DON'T DO BI WITH THIS CO.

"It's been a month now, still no delivery. Customer Service claims it was shipped to their warehouse instead of me due to sales tax issues - that was a week ago and still no update, no reply to further emails, and no product.

I'm debating now whether to attempt canceling the order - or dispute the charges with my bank if they continue to ignore my emails.

"AVOID THIS SITE. I placed an order for a Niles SSVC-2 and tried to cancel before it had even left the warehouse. I replied to my confirmation email to cancel the order then recieved an email that i would be charged a 25% restocking fee and pay for shipping both ways. I pleaded with the rep to just cancel the order and he told me that I f'd up when placing the order and that it is my fault not theirs. Totally unprofessional & I will and urge anyone to AVOID THIS SITE."

"BrandNamez.com took a very long time to give me the status of my order. When I threatened to cancel, I was sent a tracking # immediately. When the item arrived 4 of us examined a very obvious pre-opened box with an item inside having signs of use. The box was re-taped 2-3 times on the outside, making it plain to see that it had been repackaged. I was sold an item that was used. It was covered in fingerprints, scratches, & was obviously not new. They claim that I said the item was damaged during shipment. If that is the case they should have filed a claim with the shipping company. They also ignored my instructions I had emailed them when I placed the order that I would refuse a used or previously opened item. I shipped the CD-player back an hour later & requested a manager contact me or I would have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They never contacted me, so I filed a claim with my credit card company. They shipped me another item without my permission-I found out when they emailed me a 2nd tracking #. My Credid Card Company advised me to refuse the item as the dispute was pending. They also charged me a restocking fee & multiple shipping charges. I dont have the CD-player & they failed to respond to my requests & inquiries in a timely manner. The Credit Card Company originally found in favor of BrandNamez on the dispute, however, has re-opened the case so I can provide them with documentation & more info about BrandNamez fraudulent acts.

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

"I purchased a speaker switch box on 9/30/06, product was delivered 10 days later. I contacted them via email on 9/23/06 because I realized I needed a 4 speaker witch box which is $100 dlls more. I asked them if I could exchange the item and pay the difference, including a restocking fee if necessary. They will not accept any returns unless the product is defective. The product has not even been taken out of the box. I was not allowed to speak with the manager. I will never purchase from them again. I am now finding that there are many bad reviews on this company, and that many other customers have had bad experiences when purchasing from Brandnamez.com. Stay away from them!"

"Mediocre corporate. Spoke to someone on the phone who just said "hello" to welcome a customer who is in need of assistance about his order (a bit unprofessional). Ordered a 2nd day air on the 17th, and when i was emailed of the tracking, shipping was done ground. Contacted them to adjust the credits, and here was the reply: Please be advised that this product was suppose to ship directly from Panasonic via 2nd Day Air to you. Due to the Sales Tax issues, Panasonic has just changed their policy, and they no longer dropship to end consumers. As a result, we have requested Panasonic to overnight the product to our New York warehouse. We had to pay for the expedite processing and for the Next Day Air Service in order to get your product on 08/18/06. As a result we have turned around, and shipped your product to you via UPS Ground for Wednesday delivery 08/23/06. Please note that in accordance with our Order Fulfillment policy, we require at least 48 hours to process an order. Please note that your order was placed on 08/17/06 at 2:46 PM eastern Standard Time. Therefore, if we would not have paid for expedite processing to Panasonic, and your product would have shipped from Panasonic, it would ship to you either on Monday or Tuesday. As a result you would have received your product on Wednesday or Thursday. Therefore, the outcome is the same, as you will receive your product on Wednesday. Believe us, the charges that we have encored for Next Day Air service; Expedited Processing Service; and UPS Ground, were much higher that a single UPS 2nd Day Air charge. Basically, we have lost money on this sale. At BrandNamez.com, we are committed to provide our clients with the highest quality of Customer Service.

Additional amount that needed to be charged should have been adjusted if necessary should the customer needed the item on a 2nd day process. I did not debate on the issue as the item was shipped and received properly. They should have contacted me on the issue as to whether giving me an option of resuming the business with regards to the proper pricing and yes, i would do consider them having revenue on the sale possible if the business is righteous (and yep, if my item was expedited as I needed). Would look at them next time, but would not go crazy on ordering items from them anew. Check out COZAINC instead.

"I was having trouble finding a Sony SU-34HX1 which is for a Sony 34" HDTV. I found it on BrandNamez and at a pretty good price of $246 + shipping. I immediately ordered it on 6/25. There was no available method of shipping other than overnight, 2-day or 3-day. I chose 3-day and called the next day on 6/26 to change to ground shipping at half the cost. Once I got in touch with someone, this was changed with no problem. I found the newer version of the stand (SU-34XBR4)on PC Connection for $219 a few minutes later. I called back to ask if I could cancel the order with BrandNamez. I was told the order had already shipped and I would have to pay a restocking fee. It was 9AM their time! The item had not even shipped yet. There was very little effort put toward this order at that time. It is clearly in their terms, but makes no sense. I asked if they would match PC Connection's price and swap me to that one? I was told they wouldn't do that and there was no way anyone had it cheaper. I decided after some time and because I didn't want to eat the 25% restocking fee that I would wait it out and take the hit. I called back a few days later as it had still not yet shipped. I was told that the original unit that was "pulled" was damaged and they had another on order. I was furious and asked about cancellation again. As mad as I was, I didn't want to eat the restocking fee. I asked again about the price match. No dice. I finally decided to ask about the SU-34XBR4 through them. It was $39 more at $285. I was told they could ship as early as that day, but probably not until the next day. I asked if, after all of my trouble, he would try to make sure it shipped that day. He agreed, but it did not ship that day. It finally shipped 7/5. I received it 7/10. There was minor defects on the rear of the top surface of the stand. Less than a 1/4" square of the side edging and probably a defect from the factory. "

"DO NOT BUY from this COMPANY! I placed an order, $701 worth audio cabinet. I need it very badly. I have it shipped as NEXT DAY delivery. I called them the next day after my order to confirm the status since it says on their website that this is not shipped yet. The guy told me that it's NOT possible to ship it the next day. Then what's that huge shipping fee i paid for? He also told me that its "Enhanced delivery service". What the heck is that? There's no description of this in their website that such will take 5-7 days to deliver. Now, I'm stucked since i cannot cancel my order.

SO to everyone out there, BE REMINDED, DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
