"I bought 6 tickets for Elton John which I thought through ticket master and ended up with these con artists! my tickets were invalids and for my friends that got in, they were kicked out of their seats. I have filed a BBB compliant. These people are horrible, you wait all year to see a concert and then this happens!! BE AWARE!!!"
"My fiance purchased montreal Canadiens tickets for my birthday in December 2018 for March 16, 2019. He received the email confirmation immediately but no tickets. A fee days before he called as we still didnt have them. We were advised that they would be emailed 24 hours before the event (although not sure why). It is now the night before and we still dont have the tickets we paid over $800 for. We have travelled 8 hours and incurred hotel expenses. I will be commencing a lawsuit if we do not have the tickets in time."

"As with the review below, I wish I could give this company a 0 rating. I purchased tickets for Queen show in Toronto this past week. Like everyone here, I THOUGHT I was on the venues own website and had NO IDEA I was purchasing resale tickets. I purchased two tickets for the high price of $686 and change, and later found out that day that my VISA had been charged over $946 dollars for these tickets. Very distraught. Tried to call "customer service", the automated machine would not accept my order # and would then disconnect my call. I have been emailing an adress all weekend about the discrepancy in the charges for these tickets. Getting back automated responses from the INSURANCE co that I purchased "ticket protection" from, and they don't even ADDRESS ANY of my concerns. Finally managed to speak to someone today who said that it was b/c Visa was charging me in American dollars.....she says "you were told that on our website" How could I be told that on their website when I didn't even KNOW I was on a different site than the venue?!?? Stay far far away from this so called company. I don't know if it will work, but as I speak I am trying to report them to the Better Business Bureau. And now I'm so afraid that when I take these tickets to the show next year, I will find out they were sold AGAIN to someone else, and I will have no show for my expenditure of almost $1000.00 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Purchased these tickets July 2018 for Rockettes at Radio City Christmas show. My 40th birthday trip. When we searched for the tickets we googled the venue name so assumed we were purchasing direct from the venue. Received email confirmation and checked date and time was correct and thought nothing more of it until last week when i downloaded the tickets before our trip. Paid $250 for 2 tickets. Arrived at the venue on the day an hour before the show started as advised by a person on the door. Scanned our tickets and were told we needed a refund. Not knowing what on earth was going on we were instructed to the help window and were advised that the tickets had been refunded to someone in Connecticut in August. We're in the UK. This is when we were advised that the tickets were off a resale site. Obviously quite stressed out. We were told we'd need to contact the ticket site to resolve. This was with minutes before the show started. We decided that this was unlikely to be resolved before the start of the show so thankfully the venue had seats available for us to purchase. These seats cost us $160 for better seats. Since returning home last week we have emailed the company to ask for a refund of the money we spent in July and so far received no response. If no further response in the next day or so we will be going through the credit card company to see what they can do if anything. NEEDLESS TO SAY -DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS NOT THE VENUE. IT IS A RESELL SITE AND THIS WAS NOT OBVIOUS WHEN WE PURCHASED THE TICKETS. Would be interested to find out if other people have managed to get refunded. "

"When I purchased my tickets for Hamilton I was told and have a copy of row F seats 17 & 19. When the tickets finally arrived they were for row F & G seat 17. When I called to check on this and waiting for 6 hours for them to get back to me they offered me $100 total for the 2 tickets to keep them. I said no and they said they will refund what I paid.

"Purchased Radio City trickets for the amount of $319.27 with insurance on 10/01/2017, did not received e-mail before I started to travel 10/14/17. On 12/06/2017 they send me an e-mail. I do not use my phone for e-mails,apps,etc. I went to Radio City paid $59.00 for the ticket. Came back home and went thru 2,000 e-mails and junk mail looking for the supposedly e-mail they alleged sent me on 10/02/17. I called them explained what happened and told me can give me a $40.00 credit. In top of that the supervisor I talked to Gerald very rude told me I have to be accountable for my actions?!?!?! Do you talk to a customer like that and a senior? I will never purchase another ticket thru them and will make sure to let people know about it."
"I purchased Aladdin tickets for my wife for Christmas. I told the operator (Jennifer) l wanted a central view and gave her my general budget. She then went on to provide me with two tickets. I have purchased tickets to live theatre events via telephone on numerous occasions and the agent always had a map of the venue and would provide the customer what they wanted. I thought this was the case. Unfortunately for me when l recieved the tickets they were the very extreme left of the stage with a limited view. I emailed box office tickets and needed to call them to get a decision regarding my concern. I was advised that l made an assumption that the agent had a map of the venue and that the the agent tried to give me what l wanted. How could she have given me what l wanted when she didnt even know where the seats were?? This site is a ticket re-sale site, which they indicate on their site, but be aware by their own admission they don’t have an idea of the location of the seats and are only a middle man. Better to go to a more reputable site. I will NEVER EVER use this site again. It is was such a disappointment. I did speak with a customer service rep who offered me a discount toward another event l booked with them. It was a paltry amount and was useless to me as l will never use this site ever again. Buyer beware, you have been warned ."
