"I had a great experience. The bowling shoes I ordered came in perfectly. The pair looks new and never been used. Shipping was free. Price was very competitive. They didn't charge a packaging fee. In the end, there was little room for complaint.

Not just a little spot that could easily be overlooked but 4 separate spots that were clearly ignored, packaged up and shipped out. Most definately will not order from bowlingball.com again."

Although the bags' defective portion are not their fault, but their personnel guarantee the bag is checked out, it is still defective. No compensation given for all these ordeal "
"Stay away from these guys!! Prices are cheap for a reason - you get what you pay for. I ordered a ball from these guys and got a ball with a defective core. It had a core with a pin that is too long so the core is not aligned properly - called a pro-pin ball. I had no idea the core was defective until after my pro shop drilled the ball. Obviously I couldn't return it since it had been drilled. This was a typical bait and switch. There was no indication on their website that this ball had a defective core but they sold it anyways as if it were in perfect condition. Their customer service blows. All they keep saying is that there is nothing wrong with the ball they sold me. "

The bowling shoes that I ordered were all covered in dust. Even thou, it doesn't look like it had be wore before but the shoe looks like it been sitting out in the store or warehouse for years gathering dust. The bowling shoe looks more like a "sample" or "display" shoe rather than a brand new.
After contacting their customer service, they are willing to exchange another one for me. But I have decided just to keep it since I don't want to deal with the hassle of mailing the shipment back (waste of time).
On the other hand, this company does have good price & offer free shipping if you can find you size. "
