"I ordered over 600 dollars of the manzanita branches and they came in flat and unusable. Too fragile to hang anything on. Company is charging 20% restocking fee and making ME pay to return them. They will also not give me a return code after contacting them several times. I am now out 600$ and have no idea what to do for centerpieces for my daughters wedding! DO NOT order from them. They will happily take your money and not feel one bit of guilt about sending you crap. Now I am disappointed and broke."
"They wait 18 days to tell you they don't have the items you bought in stock. But, they only told me after I filed a claim on my card because they weren't picking up calls and emails about what was going on with my order. Most garbage company ever."
"Dispite all the hoops they claim they good at. They are not. They tell you one thing and in the agonizing process you are looking at 30 days put to get your stuff. Luckily our shipping address was 40 miles from thier warehouse and still it took these people 30 days to ship out itmes.
At the time of this writing, about twenty days have past, few dozen emails send, told multiple carries are delivering and best we can guess thatere will another 2 weeks if ever we see our products where they swear 2 to 5 days delivery on their website.
Stay away from this compnay. Paying double for the same items elsewhere is far worth the hassel, aggravation and nonsense responses from obleviuous people here. "
"Saw the reviews, but I took a chance and I loved the product! And shipping was quick. The only thing I wasn't too happy about this was the extra $3 for shipping, but they don't control that. And the branches are discounted, so it's a win win. One branch looked a little old, and I believe that's why they gave me an additional branch. Overall I am glad I took the chance on them!"
"Received our branches yesterday, and they are incredible! We had requested a specific shape in our order comments, and they delivered exactly what we were looking for, which another company could not do. The prices were the lowest we could find and shipping was included!. We have read many reviews on the wedding blogs and they were absolutely right. Always order from blooms & branches if you need these branches!"
"I purchased two 4' tall large branches from this vendor. I was really excited about my order until I received my package. To my disapointment, they did not even resemble the item picture posted on their website: (1) both were missing one large branch (the item has supposed to be 3 large branches forking out from one trunk), (2) they were lopsided. (i.e. all the branches were on one side of the main tree, instead of evenly spread out. (3) on one branch, the bottom of the main trunk had been cut into so that the base losts its nice cylindrical shape. it really looked like they had been cut in order to fit the smallest shipping box possible.
the company did offer to take the items back (minus original shipping costs) and provided we pay to ship the two items back to them. however, FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service all quoted me a returning shipping cost of around $100. That would mean we'd be spending more to get 'return' the items than we had originally paid.
my recommendation: don't make the same mistake as us and STAY AWAY from this company. its better to buy from a business who charges a little bit more, in exchange for the comfort in knowing you'll be getting exactly what you ordered."
