Poor customer service and shipping

"Firstly I’m unsure if I’m receiving what I purchased. I have not received any tracking data and after requesting received a generic email telling me they’re too busy. Their customer service is weak as it is there shipping and it looks like I may have to file a claim as I’ve never received the merchandise"

New Orbea Rise purchase

"I contacted Bike Bling to purchase a new bike, Kerry McKoy contacted me within a hour of my call and took my order. The Bike was delivered in perfect condition, on time just as Kerry said it would be. I could not be more pleased with the whole transaction."

Helpful and forthright

"Given the backlash of supply chain problems resulting from the pandemic, it was comforting to find a vendor, Bike Bling, that was ahead of the curve. No surprise that the newly announced Orbea had an extended delivery time, Bike Bling had a full list of models, sizes, and color options on order from them with estimated delivery dates. They were helpful with placing the order, deposit flexibility, and given the recent price increases industry wide, honored the lower price at the time of order placement and verified by Orbea. This all results in a delivery of at least 6 months earlier delivery. "

very good service

"The bike i want has 8 months wait time no matter where i try, i don't want to make commitment knowing i have to wait almost a year... i called bike bling, sells rep took my number and the bike info i was looking for, in less than half hour, the owner of the business Kerry returned my call and he was able to find the bike with my size/color and best part is the bike will be delivered in few weeks, i was very happy with the service i received from bike bling. i have 3 bikes all from specialized, but i never had this level of service, not even before the pandemic, solid 5 stars to Bike Bling..."

"This company says they charge your until they ship your order but they charged me immediately and I didn't recieve my order for 2 months. No customer service, just automated responses, and when the package arrived it was only one of the 4 things I purchased. They blamed it on the pandemic, but I canceled my order and bought the remaining stuff elsewhere, and got the same items in a week. Don't buy from bikebling."

LOUSEY CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Went to web sight looking for a 180mm front brake adapter/spacer to accomadate a hayes A4 dominion with my fox 34 peformance fork. Saw that they had what I was looking for so when I called sat. morning to confirm they indeed had it the guy I was talking to seemed a little put off that I didnt have the product code.....I was calling from work on my morning break and didnt have it at thbe moment but if I had access to wouldnt he have access to it at his own store? Just didnt want to take the time to look for a 15.00 part. No big deal as I had planned on coming up Sun. morning with a friend to check the place out. Arrive Sun. morning with product code and approach a salesman and tell him what Im looking for and he points to a wall with numerous brake affiliated parts from different manufactures and basically tells to look for it myself. If he would have told me he was in the middle of something else and would be there to help me out ASAP no problem.....as it was no problem as I looked for it anyway and couldnt find it. In the mean time my friend starts to get a sales pitch from another salesman for a bike purchase who happens to be the guy I talked to on the phone Sat morning from work. give product code goes and looks for it and comes back with we dont have it. Its not a perfect world and I wasn"t mad and Im not losing sleep over it but felt put off as I was only looking for a 15.00 part and not inquiring about a bike as my friend was who had this guys undivided attention. Anyway I ordered one from Jenson and will have it Tues. but, a very unprofessional exhibit of customer service from bike bling. "

Great Service and Price

"The store gave me the owners cell number to discuss purchasing a bike. Kerry, the owner, returned my call with 24 hours. He talked through some options and then gave me a great price on a bike. The sale was made on Wednesday, built and I am picking it up this afternoon at the store. Easy peasy lemon sqeezy!"

Excellent Personalized Experience

"I was and still am super impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the Bike Bling team. From my initial call to discuss which options would make most sense for my needs, to follow up ordering calls, shipment tracking, and post delivery assembly questions, the Bike Bling team was always just a phone call away.

My bike showed up on the appointed day packed and mostly assembled in a secure shipping carton. The final assembly was super easy and took less than 10 minutes.

Of course, the fact that I was able to purchase a brand new 2020 Niner RKT 9 RDO at 15 percent below list retail just made the whole deal even better.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND

"First off, they list things that are not in stock.
Then all you get is an automated email saying”due to high demand they will take awhile”. I paid for 2 day shipping and it’s been over a week. Now that they finally “shipped” my item the tracking number is invalid...I knew their prices were to good to be true..hopefully my helmet comes in without any defects, if it comes in at all.

Poor service.

"I ordered some winter tires three and half weeks ago. The delivery window was posted as 5-9 days with the possibility that it could be longer because of the shape the world is in. I still haven't received them, and more to the point, I have received no updates on when they will arrive despite several emails. I get there will be delays but that doesn't excuse the lack of communication."

Bike Bling Great Experience and Amazing Support - Thanks Kerry

"This is the second bike I have bought from BB (and I’m on the East coast). Kerry (President and founder) would not know me if we were the only two in an elevator yet he called me back and gave me some very good buying advice as well as the best deal on both bikes. I dont like to just order online without being able to speak to someone about a purchase of several thousand dollars. To have the President take the time to get back to me and not only answer my questions but give me an amazing deal is fantastic. During Covid my bike showed up packed and put together except for the front tire and seat. To get a 2020 bike from Europe to CA to East coast during Covid in one month is ridiculous. I’m not sure about others complaints regarding packing or shipping delays, all I can tell you is mine was great, for the second time. I will look to Kerry for the next bike with no hesitation, and thats not just because he is hundreds of dollars cheaper, its because of the whole experience."

An unfortunate disappointment!

"I purchased a bike for my son online and took about a month to come in, no big deal. How ever the bike was horrible packed with no packing material and upon taking the bike out I noticed deep scratches on the frame. This was several weeks ago and I have made many attempts in trying to call with no one ever picking up. I emailed pictures of the damage the same day I received the bike and have not gotten a response back. This is poor business practice with the lack of no customer service or response back. This was a birthday present for my son and I feel horrible that I had to give it to him in the condition it was in since I don't think the business would ever right this wrong and get back in touch with me. Live and learn I guess......"

Best price and shipment arrived packaged well

"I decided to call before placing an order online to make sure the bike on a killer sale that I wanted, a 2019 Niner RIP 9 RDO, was in stock. I was told it wasn't and was put in touch with Kerry, the owner, who offered me the same price for a 2020 bike of the same model. The price truly was unbeatable. I was skeptical after reading some online reviews, but they came through. It took about 3-4 weeks before I received my bike since they had to order it from the manufacturer, but when it arrived it was tuned really well and packed very neatly. All I had to do was put on the handlebar, inflate the tires and a couple other things. I am very pleased with the bike and the price I was given."

Pinarello Prince purchase

"I inquired by email about the new 2021 Pinarello Prince Disk sizing and availability. I received a response very quickly from both there sales team and the President, Kerry Mckoy. They answered all my questions and gave me the best price I could find for my new Pinarello Prince. The bike was built and available the next day. I recommend shopping at Bikebling if your looking for a good deal on a great bike.

Also, I am new to the cycling world. When I arrived to pick up my bike I received excellent customer service from Beau. I needed a helmet, shoes, cages, etc and I had no idea where to start. Beau helped me pick all the essentials for my bike and and answered all my questions and gave great advice. Don’t think twice about purchasing from Bikebling.

Legit Online Dealer - Really Impressed

"I thought that bike bling may have been a scam because of the name. But When I was looking to buy an Intense Sniper T, Intense referred me directly to Bike bling. I took it as a good sign given that the brand itself told me to buy the bike from this store. Kerry was my sales rep, he helped me find the bike I wanted, took my payment, shipped my bike out that same day and I got it a few days later. Bike was shipped very well and everything arrived accounted for. The assembly of the bike was very easy. Glad that I went through BB. Will be using again. "
