I ordered twice with them. No problem at all. First time I had to return 4 dresses because the sizzing is different Wear medium normally but had to reorder large. Quality is ok for the price. No problem to get full refund. Just have to follow the instructions they give on the website, better to use ticket system than any other communication method.
As the site clearly says the return fees must be assumed by the customer. For the second order, no problem.... one product sent back for full refund and 3 others for replacement. Quick and efficient. Both orders got reimbursed by PayPal the next day and items resent by bellechloe the following day. They always answer the ticket within 24 hours. Their time zone is different. Overall experience very satisfactory.

"I read the reviews AFTER I placed my order for a plus sized bathing suit, so was worried that I had lost my money. I ordered it on August 16th and at least knew to order a size or two bigger. You know, I had no troubles at all. My package arrived on September 4th. The bathing suit looked as it did online and it fit! So there ya go, it was a very good experience with this company.
