"KNOCK-off products, not the real thing, and customer service is meant to force you to give up attempts at resolution. I ordered these bathtub tread stickers, that had been discontinued at bath stores. What they sent me was knock-offs printed on Avery sticker paper, w sublimation ink and some kind of coating for tread. Poor resolution, and totally not safe as tub treads. And they were about 25 dollars for six stickers. I bought two sets, the second set w different pattern we’re printed on some kind of Chinese made print stock. I was expecting rubberized vinyl good brand for that price.
I complained, they said! Sorry, any chance you keep? I said no, send refund. They argued some more and when I threatened to post bad reviews, they told me the items had to be returned unopened in original packaging. Well, I had kept the bar codes on the shipping slips, but not the bogus envelopes inside the stickers came in. I said as much, they Made excuses, back and forth.
So i’m Following through on my threat to review. had I shipped them back to China without a guaranteed refund, I would have been out another 25 dollars over the 68 8 already wasted. And I feel damn sure I would never have seen my refund. "

Beautiful ceiling fixture for my home office. Very bright when turned all the way up, which I appreciate greatly. I have received many compliments on this new light. It is a perfect size for a smaller space, but gives off plenty of light. Easy to install.

"I ordered a duvet cover for my daughter for Christmas. I was worried by some of the poor reviews that were on the internet. I however am very pleased. My order came in a timely way. I took 2 weeks for my order to come. It was of good quality. My only problem is the color is not exactly as I thought it would be from the picture online. The pattern is the same, but I thought it would have more purple in it, it is more blue than purple. However I can't fault the company for that. The colors will vary on your computer. I will keep it and work with the colors as it is very beautiful!"

"The photo on the curtain is so pixelated (you can see each pixel as a little square), and this makes the picture look all blurry. Have contacted them, and had emails back and forth. They refuse to allow me to return the curtain - have offered me $10 US, which is of no help, as I don't want to hang this curtain in my lounge room. Won't be buying from them again.
10.6.2017: They, without my agreement returned half the money, asking for me to update my review. I emailed back that I wanted all the money back as I didn't want the curtain, and am looking for a new curtain. They emailed back that they would refund the rest of the money if I 'delete' my review."
